Cheap, fake, nothing like on website picture

Absolutely APPALLING company. Firstly, the ads show lovely clothes. So I ordered, never got an email with order confirmation. Then day after got an email to say it had been delivered. So raised a case with Amex and emailed company. Company then sent me an order confirmation and then goods were delivered over 2wks later and oh, the quality is disgraceful; looks NOTHING like the posts.

Was told that if I wanted a refund (er, after spending over £200 why wouldnt I want a full refund for goods that Trading Standards should be all over) then I have to return to China, at a cost of £35 to me.

I beg NO-ONE to ever order from this disgraceful company. Lucky to get an answer to an email the day after sending and then having to pay to get goods to China when they say they are a London / UK company - disgraceful and should be barred from selling.

I would never order from them again. The quality of the clothing is horrible. One of the items that I ordered for my girlfriend was a hoodie which I was charged $59. It did not even look like the hoodie in the picture. I can get the same quality hoodie for about $10 in one of those $9.99 stores. I would tell everybody to please stay away from this place. Again the quality of the clothing is horrible and not even worth 1/4 of the price they are showing.

AVOID * SCAMMERS * I wish I'd read these reviews before placing a £230 order of total and utter crap! The clothing was the worst quality I have ever come across - worse than Sh*in but at least Sh*in is reflected in the price, you expect to get what you pay for. Bomia London is the nastiest quality at rip-off prices and then we get to trying to get a refund... The clothes didn't come with a return address, you have to email them. They ignore you and eventually replied to tell me that I would have to pay nearly £50 to return the clothing to a warehouse in China - don't be fooled by the company name 'Bomia LONDON' - these clothes come from a sweatshop in China. I paid the return fee because I wanted my money back - the best part... after waiting months for the clothing to get through customs in China, they were eventually returned to me because the address Bomia gave me didn't exist so all in all, I've lost £300. Oh and they sold my personal information and I had scammers trying to hack my banks accounts. AVOID

Buyer beware. The jacket I ordered looks nothing like the picture. They used a video of a known influencer with a good reputation to sell their inferior quality product. They were not even button holes to match the buttons. Please do not get trapped and do not purchase from Bomia

Placed an order for $375 3 weeks latenothing is received and no one is responding to my +6 follow up emails....

Horrific. The quality of the clothes is abysmal and not at all to the description. They have purposely design a 'returns' policy that makes it impossible to return anything, and if you try it's likely your parcel will get stuck in China's customs as mine has. No way to get help from either Royal Mail or the company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I placed the order on 11 September 2025, it arrived on the 23rd. Not even remotely close to the images on the site, very poorly made, the sizing is laughable. I ordered a 2XL as I wanted oversize, it's barely a UK size 12. Obviously I could try and return it but postage for that would cost almost double what I've already paid, and quite frankly I don't trust them. Lesson learned. Absolute rip off merchants.

The clothing quality was cheap and tacky and shiny compared to what was advertised online on the website. The returns policy is expensive as you have to send returns at your own cost to China, this can cost up to £25 for small packages weighing up to half a kilo. I will never purchase from this company again. I feel cheated financially and really disappointed. The name Bomia London is also misleading.

TOTAL SCAM COMPANY! IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD! Avoid at all costs! I Received my order this morning and it's basically good for nothing but the bin! Quality is extremely poor and items are the complete opposite of what was described on their website. This company is NOT in London (which their business name suggests). I only realised this when I received the tracking for my order. When looking into how to return the items - I would need to return them to ASIA at a cost to myself of between £25-£50. I paid £70 for my order, so totally not worth the headache to return (which I suspect is their plan all along!) So I will just have to accept that I've given these people £70 of my money for some rags and I will learn from this experience.

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING!

The item purchased was not as described or shown. Their return policy meant no refund unless you returned to China. I was eventually offered and accepted a 70% refund and did not have to return the item. It’s fraud.

I was very disappointed with my order. I order denin dungarees. The material wasn't denin it's cotton. The description showed metal buttons but when it arrived they are white plastic buttons on the shoulders and down the side. The size chart is completely wrong, I order L for size 12 UK. The dungarees are way too big 2 sizes too big. Contacted the company regarding a refund. I've had no response.

If you live in the US do not use this company!!! You can't return anything without sending it back to China. Their return policy states it has to be shipped back to where it came from. I recieved my $100 blouse in 3 days and when I tried to return it I was hit with a $200 shipping fee and told if anything happens to it using their shipping company I wouldn't get a refund. Terrible customer service!!!

I would recommend that you NOT order from this company. I ordered two sweater jackets; the quality is extremely poor; when I inquired about returning it, I was told I had to send it back directly to China and the cost would be $25-$50.00. Or they could provide a 10% credit and I could keep the items. $25-50??!! This is completely unacceptable. I donated both of my sweaters to Goodwill. This company ought to be shut down

Items look great online. The fabrics they show are nothing like the cheap fabrics they send from China. No return policy. They offered a 10 % refund if I kept their crappy clothes , otherwise I could pay to send them
Back to China. VERY disappointed!

So far not even one star - I purchased x2 items in March this year which were delivered about 3 weeks later. The quality was poor and items not as advertised so I decided to pay the ridiculous cost of £25 to have them shipped back for China to receive my refund. It is July and I am still waiting for my money to be returned. I have not received any return of email about my enquiry and since there is no phone number, I am at a loss what to do. A complete waste of time and surely this is not legal? I have returned the items as new but they still owe me money.

I was advised by (false) advertising this was a UK site

The item arrived with no paperwork, extremely cheap nasty nylon type material

I emailed and requested a full refund and was gi the return address in china which 'I'would be responsible to pay full carrier costs

I am disgusted and angry at this false representation of their products

DO NOT order from this company

I will in future read reviews before ordering online again
