Hello Be Sunset. You have a good product, in direct contact you are formidable, but your after-sales service doesn't work well, at least for Italy. Your feedback with your customers is not instantaneous, you take a long time to respond to your customers, so we all lose many sales opportunities, especially for those of us who sell in the online market.

The earrings are beautiful and the quality seems fair, the pin that goes through the ear is very thick though so it is very difficult and painful for me to put them in.

I’m asking for a refund for a ring that looks like a piece of junk and your company is giving me a very hard time

Late respons on our order. Did not tell us exacly the missing items. Finally after a couple of weeks after orderdate the sizes were incorrect plus more items missing. Never again !

Bad quality of the ring….. the yellow an red gold stripes on it have already a silver colour.

I'm very happy with the quality of the rings and the delivery time

I refused the DHL shipment because of heavy customs tax. I asked to ship it back to the sender but the sender asked DHL to destroy the shipment and I didn't get the reimbursement. Hopeless behaviour.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.
