On Thursday morning a driver accepted…

On Thursday morning a driver accepted my ride he cam in to the hospital where I work done a u turn and went never even picked me up I have his name and the car reg not acceptable when I have finished a night shift , the other driver came when I rebooked

Disappointing company

I had a very narrow timeframe to get from Fulham to Streatham and the app said the driver would be with me in 2 mins. I called him after 2 mins just to check where he was and he said that he didn’t have the info as to where I was going, odd because you have to put that info in when you book. I told him Streatham, and the next thing I know it’s a different driver and an 8 min wait. I’d never have made it in time so I had to cancel my meeting and therefore cancelled my ride. They charged me a £7.30 cancellation fee, fair enough, but seemed a bit steep. I shan’t be using them again.

Best service in my opinion

Best service in my opinion: I use them on a daily basis. They have the cheapest rate, great availability and great service from the drivers. My go to, anytime I need a ride. 👌🏽

Rapid response

Rapid response. Reliable.
But on two occasions the price was considerably higher than notified when I booked. Why?
Sometimes the drivers are not very friendly - I am not looking for conversation but a pleasant bonjour would be appreciated. Otherwise, totally satisfied with the service.

Driver stole my phone

My phone was stolen by the driver who was using someone else’s account, don’t use bolt they are incredibly unsafe, use grab or other alternative and just pay the slightly higher price please!
