I recently hired some clothes from Bollywood Borrowed and had an amazing experience! Bina was absolutely lovely and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. She made sure to have a good range of clothes available in my size and was so helpful in advising me on what would be the easiest to wear. Bina was not only patient but also kind, making the whole experience enjoyable.

The clothes themselves were of excellent quality, and Bina’s advice was spot on. Returning the clothes was a breeze, adding to the overall convenience. I highly recommend Bollywood Borrowed for anyone looking to hire beautiful, well-fitting clothes with top-notch service. Thank you, Bina, for your wonderful help!

I had a great experience with Bollywood Borrowed. Bina has a great selection of clothing and was very helpful on finding the right outfit for me - I would have found it a bit overwhelming otherwise! She also had the outfit I rented adjusted by a tailor so it was a perfect fit. The prices are reasonable and this is an excellent alternative to buying a dress you might only wear once. Comms very smooth and logistics very straightforward. I would strongly recommend Bollywood Borrowed and I will be sure to use them again for a future Indian wedding!

I’d highly recommend Bollywood Borrowed! Bina was so accommodating finding a time for me to try on outfits, was really helpful through the fitting (suggesting various outfits, advising on how things should be worn etc) and I found a beautiful blue and gold lehenga set (amongst her huge collection!) for a friend’s wedding, which I absolutely loved wearing and received so many compliments on! Thank you Bina!

Bina was super helpful and accomodating, my boyfriend and I had 1 day only to find outfits before going away to a friend's wedding in India and she totally sorted us out with fantastic options, right down to jewellery and shoes. We got great compliments on them and felt really amazing, would 100% recommend. Price very reasonable too and Bina was very kind and flexible with our return dates as well.

Very easy to book an appointment, pop in for a visit, try on lots of different outfits and return the outfit afterwards. I had a lot of fun wearing my lehenga to a mehndi & sangeet. About four other girls were wearing outfits from Bollywood Borrowed too. They were all stunning! Each outfit is so unique and suits the person perfectly. I am 6ft2 (188cm) and I found a skirt long enough which is quite an achievement. I will definitely be renting from here again for any future Indian weddings.

Amazing experience. My partner and I had a great time looking and trying on all the different options Bina has to offer. She was so helpful especially since we had no clue what we needed. Everything we picked put was sent to our hotel after they were tailored to our measurements. I highly recommend Bollywood Borrowed to anyone looking to rent Indian clothes. Bina runs a wonderful business from her gorgeous home in Tooting - she kindly welcomed three of us (plus the bride for moral support!) to come and try on sarees and lehenges for the first time ever for our friend's wedding in India. She helped us choose pieces that suited us and showed us how to drape the sarees and stoles beautifully. She had no issue with us going away to consider and ultimately I bought one of her sarees which was for sale on her website having been available for borrowing beforehand - this was important to me so as to be sustainable as sadly I'm not sure when (if ever) I will get to wear it again! On the day I wore it I had so many compliments and felt like an absolute princess - thank you so much, Bina!

I truly had a wonderful experience with Bollywood Borrowed. Bina was an actual life saver and was super flexible at accommodating me at short notice and helping me pick something that really suited me. She gave me advice on the look I should be going for. Even though her range is extensive she quickly pinpointed styles that would work for me even doing a sewing adjustment on the spot. Getting to wear this set to a wedding really made me feel like a princess. Couldn’t recommend more and I really hope I get to borrow something again soon!

I rented one of her beautiful lehengas for over 10 days and received compliments the whole wedding night! Bina has a studio which you can visit, and you can try on as many outfits as you want.

The picking up/dropping off process is very straight forward and the clothes were really clean.

Bina was so helpful at Bollywood borrowed - I had my first Indian wedding to attend in Kolkota and all I knew was that I wanted a lengha! She put me at ease and showed me various options that would suit me. All the outfits were so beautiful and we settled on a lovely blue/green 2 piece lengha that wasn’t too big to be able to fit in my suitcase. I was very happy with the outfit, it was tailored perfectly and fitted well - I received so many compliments and will def be back again for the next one :) xx
