Hi John

I'm sorry to hear the delivery didn't go as expected.

I have looked up your order history and it seems it is delivered by now - the third time we booked delivery.

There's been several issues i see - some "returned due to invalid address" and other issues.

I'm sorry for all the issues, it's definitely not how things go normally.

If there would be a next time, please contact me by mail and ask for Michael D. and i'll follow your order thorugh and compensate.
