Overpriced and with next to none unique ads
Initially my experience with the site was that they doublecharged but after posting a very negative review of the site, on trustpilot, they reacted quickly ( 30 min. ) and helped clear up the case and voluntarily refunded the charge for an extra user we ,inadverdently, had created. One can only wonder how long it would have taken, had I not posted a review. Still. The sevice seems overpriced since they have very few unique ads and the website seems flawed since menus are incomplete. I would be cautious in using boligninja again....

First of all, we take care for ALL requests from users and your Trustpilot review did not hasten us handleling your case. You contacted us 10:11 and we answered you as fast as possible - in this case within an hour.
What you have paid for is a "boligersøgerannonce" that is visible for all landlords. With this "boligsøgerannonce" you also have access to all contact information and receive e-mails with new dwellings, before users with no "boligsøgerannonce". There are constantly new dwellings on Boligninja.dk, but dwellings in popular areas, like the one, where you are looking, are often rented out very fast, and thereby also fast removed from Boligninja.dk.
When we spoke on the phone, you asked me to guide you navigate Boligninja.dk. At some point I asked you to click “subscription” in the menu, but “subscription” was not included in your menu. As I explained to you over the phone, this is not because the website is flawed and incomplete, but because you used one of the many users, you have created, with no boligsøgerannonce - so there is no need to be cautious in using Boligninja.dk again - and we will be happy to help you.
