Chaos bei Lieferung
I received the deliver 2 weeks after the scheduled delivery day after I insisted many times with the call centre. I think is not acceptable for a service which costs Chf 80 (and the good was worth chf 300) and that cannot be avoided (delivery in the phisical store of Zurich is appartently impossible, but in the one of Geneva it is).

Not an easy delivery..
My sofa was brought by 2 couriers, who decided that it doesn't fit through the hallway, so they took the sofa back to the storage in Zurich. I contacted the German customer service, where the people were rather rude and not too helpful. They wanted me to pay the whole price of the second delivery, which I managed to negotiate down to paying only the half of it. My sofa was then delivered and I had to organize a company with the furniture lift separately. Once the sofa was in my flat, I screwed on the legs and turned the sofa as instructed in the shop where I bought it. During this attempt one of the rear legs broke. This time I contacted the Danish customer service who then forwarded my request to the Swiss one. The people were nice, however they managed to send me replacement legs with different size and color as the original one. So I had to ask for new legs again. Finally it worked out and after more than 2 months of hustle I am now able to enjoy my beautiful sofa.

When placing an order in Bolia Zurich I was told that delivery fee will include assembling of the furniture. However delivery company only gave me packages for me to assemble. I would like to receive a refund of the delivery fee as I did not get a service I was offered.
