Shopping was fun and the staff was exceptionally welcoming and really friendly. We decided to buy two sofas. Quality seems very good and we really like our new sofas.
So why only 3 stars?
Delivery service and customer service.
The delivery guys were really cold and just dropped of the pieces of furniture. They did not even wait for us to check if everything was undamaged (hint: it wasn‘t) and left us with the packaging.
Dear Bolia staff…if we shop furniture for around 5-10 000€, we should not be left behind with the packaging. It’s your responsibility to choose friendly and competent logistic partners.
One piece of furniture has a damaged spot, it seemed at if it was repackaged because the manual was also missing only in this part.
Customer service does not respond, so can’t rate that.
This really leaves a bad taste in our mouth.

The design and feel were great, the rest disappointing. The colour of the table is not the same at all as the one in the shop. We thought we bought a dark table, the one we got was not.
After a month they still haven’t refunded us money from the purchase, in spite of calling the shop for help.
Too much work all of it.

I ordered a Como table. It would have been good to see the marble top before buying it. I find it ok but still a little bit unsatisfactory to receieve a piece with pattern and such vibrant colours as a surprise.

I bought Cosh lænestol on Jan 8th and one leg was broken completely last night while my husband was sitting on it. I was shocked by such poor quality and danger caused. I had good experience with Bolia earlier but this accident is really terrible.

Really terrible delivery for the price you pay. I paid 150€ for delivery and it was supposed to be shipped by 28.12.2021, which did not happen. A few days into 2022 and we receive an email with "thank you for the order, please give us feedback".
We have not even received the order or any communication about the item. After contacting Customer Support, it turns out that according to their data it has been delivered. They double check it and it seems that it actually hasn't.
We get a new delivery date - 14.01.2022. Today it is 17.01.2022 - still no communication about delivery.
How can a company like this operate? Do you not care about customers returning to you? Really disappointed in the service. Please do not operate globally, if you don´t have the capabilities to do it.

They look absolutely beautiful and were pretty easy to install thanks to the very handy drill template.

We had a terrible experience with the product and then customer service.
We purchased a saga chair and a sofa both of which showing issues under a year. Obviously not a reliable quality despite the expensive price tag.
The Saga chair was missing some stuffing in the seat which was changed after we called several times, but it started making noise in leas than one month.
The sofa also started making noise in a few month.
Although we contacted the customer service several time we recorded a few short video demonstrating the noise and waiting for over a couple of months we haven’t got any proper answer around the case or solution for the issue.
I wouldn’t buy the products if I could go back!

Product was not delivered because Bolia sold more units than they had. Very unhelpful refund process and no effort at all from the company to fix the problem. Disappointing!

Bad customer service! Received two broken lamps. Called and no solution they told me to write it in a letter. Still waiting for a reply after one week. I want new lamps or refund! Maybe u guys reply here.. I really really like someone from Dutch nationality to call me to get to a solution. I was quite expensive and I really like how they look so waiting on a good solution. Please call me!

Aight let's break this down: It is black friday/week and I order 4 pillows and a bed sheet set for a discounted price. So far so good. Then I don't hear anything from Bolia, no answers to emails even after a week so I had to call them to find out what was going on with my order. Apparently there was a storage error. I ordered stuff, that wasnt in stock. After 4-5 calls later (this was over a span of some weeks) I get an email stating that the pillows etc would arrive in KW 6/12 which in german means next year in the 6 or 12 week of 2022 so I called them again and it was a translation error.. now the stuff should be delivered to them on 6.12.21. Then i received another email with tracking because the order was sent. Suprise suprise nothing changed in that tracking email after a week, because they had problems with the dhl shipping, I found out about this after(guess what) calling them again!! I will never buy here again, I didn't got like express shipping or a voucher for all the troubles they made! If you dont call them, nothing will happen there.. after 1 whole month I finally received my package
EDIT: How can I contact you specifically ? My order number is 700316928. But I don't want a voucher for your store or anything like that, because of this expirience. Some money back to compensate would be alright tho.

I had great expectation after what I saw and was told in the shop, but I was disappointed by the delivery and the quality of the sofa I ordered.
Concerning the delivery, I do not blame the workers, because it was late and they were exhausted. However, I paid for the unpacking and the assembling of the sofa, as well as the removal of the packaging and, nonetheless, I had to do it myself.
Furthermore, the quality of the product itself is unsatisfactory. I have ordered the extra layer of down and, as a result, the sofa makes a noise of creased plastic each time somebody seats in it, and the cushions look uneven.
It’s really a shame because it could be a very good and comfy product.

We have a beautiful Noora couch, stunning. Very comfortable. So happy in the end with the product, but Bolia can do so much better on their delivery. Customer service does not end at the store. Delivery dates were put in wrongly. Then delivery times were not met. It's all expectations management. Giving us a call or sending us a mail would have been enough.
So do buy products at Bolia but don't expect a great after service. Be prepared
I had ordered coffee table and a side table. I received the goods 1 week delayed, and once I received it, one of the leg for the coffee table was not possible to install as there was no holes made. That’s a huge production error.
The side table had a small tear on top and the lacquering was of poor quality. You could see the drops of lacquering. Both items should never have left production facility, and internal quality procedures are clearly lacking.
I complained and after six working days, there was no response from customer service.
I had to call and remind them about my complaint. On 7th workday they replied and agreed to resend new products but I had to wait 1 month more.
I had to disagree to wait one month extra but Bolia has not replied yet after 3 workdays.
It’s not cheap products they sell, but obviously they don’t prioritize good service once you need them.
It’s a shame and leaves a very bad experience compared to what we received in shop.
If you buy at Bolia, and they product has some kind of fault, then prepare yourself for really bad service.
If I knew this, I would not have bought at Bolia.

Beautiful products but that is where it stops. I placed three orders with the company recently. I ordered Two mirrors from Bolia which I thought were stunning. Unfortunately this company does not provide any customer service outside of the order process. I have emailed them twice requesting changes to the order and finally a cancellation after receiving zero response. I cannot even cancel this order and will have to go to the credit card company to void the sale. It is a shame because the products are well designed.
