Have been a fan of BOL soups and meals for years now so decided to try their shakes recently and equally love them. I have been struggling to prioritise breakfast or healthy snacking with always being on the go so the shakes are amazing for a quick fix and they're all natural!

I must admit I wasn't optimistic just looking at the pot. I've tried about 2 mouthfuls of the Thai curry pot. It's like a monster pot of baby food. Hardly any texture, no flavour could make up for the yuky texture. In the bin it goes, and back down to the kitchen to find some lunch!

I am currently going through being diagnosed with gastrointestinal problems and i have dropped at least 3 dress sizes and developed an issue with food. Bol power shakes helped me get energy back into my life and a healthy meal when i couldn’t hold solid food down. Highly recommend being gastro friendly just wish the prices were more affordable.

Very genuine brand, tasty products and great customer experience!

Placed an order which arrived with the postman carrying the box opened with bottles hanging out.

I have sent them CCTV evidence and photographs showing them issue and waited days without recieving a response.

Also the Banana flavours arrived only dated 15/04 where as the other flavours have expiry in June, July and August.

Avoid at all costs, I have opened up a dispute with my Credit Card company and will be reporting them to Trading Standards.

Their customer service is poor, stick to brands like YFood and Huel.

Absolutely love their shakes! Super tasty flavours and high protein. I also love how their products are natural, not full of artificial rubbish

I love the soups and meals for a healthy quick meal. I appreciate the high protein and fibre options, can be hard to find in plant based products! Would recommend.

Love BOL products, been buying them for a while now and never dissapointed. The pots make weekday lunches and recently tried the shakes which are delicious.

Shakes subscription service is great, free delivery and can choose your own flavours in the account section. Boxes always come packaged well and the shakes are handy for snacking or breakfast. Would recommend.

The drinks themselves are really tasty and good - I would prefer them if they were thicker drink. Great free delivery

Bol is hands down the best healthy meals I’ve tried. And the Power Shakes actually taste like real food (not grainy protein), keep me full for hours, and feel genuinely nutritious.

Horrendous experience with BOL customer service. I purchased the blueberry’s shakes, with a great expiry date. Opened them up and they were so thick and clumpy with huge clogs and lumps in the bottle that I couldn’t even pour it out.
The straw wouldn’t go into the bottle. It was like cement.
I sent a video to them and posted on their Facebook page. I received a reply back from SKYE in their CS team who mentioned that they had already issued a refund and a replacement box of drinks to me.

No matter how many times I contact them, there is no resolution to this situation. It’s all obviously lies on their part. What kind of company conducts themselves in this way.
Highly unprofessional. Disgusting in fact.

I’m not the only person this has happened to with a faulty batch of their protein drinks. They know this too.
They continually delete my Facebook posts, instead of doing the right thing and sorting out this complaint.
They will not respond to emails that Ive tried to reply to, not sure if they’re even receiving them?
How someone can claim to have replaced the items and issued a full refund is beyond comical considering not a soul at BOL have requested my details.

I’ve reported this whole incident to the Food Standards Agency.
Swerve their protein drinks because if you have an experience like myself and others have had with these drinks you’ve purchased that are inedible, you’ll get no resolution to it. Just fobbed off with LIES.
