I was able to find a wonderful dress from a brand that is only stocked in a few shops in the country and Boles is one such shop with a treasure of stock. Service, second to none.

The product I ordered was not available…
The product I ordered was not available when I went to collect it and the alternative offered wasn’t suitable - I feel that products should not be displayed on your website if not in stock. Also I purchased another product which was more expensive and when I asked if there was any discount it couldn’t be given I was very disappointed with this as in most rural town a discount is offered at time of purchase. I would be hesitant to purchase anything online again from this store

Fantastic customer service and lovely staff to deal with. I ordered online and rang to change a size, nothing was a problem. Items delivered less than 24 hours after ordering despite the staff having to fix my mistake. Will definitely be ordering again
