Excellent, delicious products as others have said but also something that never happens during these days if "shrinkflation", my favourite product has increased in size! The smoky chilli baked beans now come in a 390gm jar instead of a 325gm jar at no additional cost. I assume that the same has happened to other products.

Whilst the products are great, it seems the delivery price for subscribers is quite excessive. And very very slow to dispatch. I guess it’s probably time to cancel a subscription and look for an alternative.

Probably the best beans I've ever had!

All these years, buying cheap tinned beans, you just naturally assume that that's the best they can get. I was so wrong!

I sometime get dry beans at home and slow cook them myself, which is much better than tinned beans. But I don't always remember to have them handy or prepare them in advance. So for something handy and quick to access, Bold Bean is another level compared to the other supermarket equivalents.

Yes, they cost more. A lot more. But there are times where you get what you pay for. And when it comes to the battle of cheap tinned beans vs Bold Beans, the result is pretty evident.

I've been ordering from Bold Beans for the last 2.5 years. Fantastic quality products across the range. Their packaging has clearly been thought-through, balancing eco friendliness with being sturdy enough to hold heavy yet fragile items (their glass jars come in sturdy card board, with compostable cornstarch pellets which dissolve in water around the box). Great to see they're now an Ethical Consumer 'Best Buy'. Brilliant company, that have high standards for both quality and doing the right thing

We have eaten the butter beans and they are next level compared to the tinned variety. So delicious you can eat them cold straight from the jar. We used a recipe from the website which includes asparagus, artichoke, olives, dill, parsley and a lemon and honey dressing. Everyone we have given it to loves it.
Going to try the chickpeas next.

I really want to like them but the jars are insanely difficult to open and I am not a weakling!

Just bought these from Sainsbury's on a deal. They are so good. Riverford recipes use them with good reason.

Superb beans. A winner every time. Even converted me to like baked beans. Great company, great ethics. Cannot recommend more highly.

My review is about the Bold Bean Cook Book. I can honestly say that every recipe I have made from this book has been absolutely delicious.I keep thinking that they can’t get any better but tonight I cooked Spicy red pepper and chickpea stew. It’s on page 99 - un-assuming with no photo.
Well - it was out of this world. A deep rich slightly spicy flavour. Just absolute yumminess in a Bean obsessed bowl. Topped with yoghurt, lemon juice, toasted almonds and parsley. I could have licked the bowl.
I started with recipes on the website, using tinned beans. But since converting to Bold Beans - well, there is no comparison. Bold Beans are simply the best!

I’ve been a customer of bold bean co for years. I am completely obsessed with them. Have tested recipes and trial beans for them (not affiliated or paid at all, this is an honest ad). Every new product they launch, I’ll buy. Their products are like nothing I’ve ever tasted from a supermarket shelf (although they now supply to supermarkets!) and I easily use one jar a day. Their jars are huge so they are more pricier than tins of beans but once taste them you will absolutely be happy to pay. Literally the best company I have ever bought from-and I am fussy! go subscribe!

I think they are the best beans i have ever eaten!

I've never eaten any baked beans that weren't Heinz and I'm in my 50s - until I ate Bold Bean Co's baked beans. They are delicious - a slightly richer, deeper tomato flavour and more creamy beans. The glass jar is the perfect size for one beans-on-toast portion and better for the environment than a can. I've now tried their chickpeas and butter beans, also deliciously creamy with a smooth texture.

Unfortunately felt like these was very cheap tasting, when I emailed the customer services I just got ignored.

I LOVE Bold bean co! They're beans got me OBSESSED with beans!!! They're so scrumptious now I want to try all sort is beans and beans recipes! Thank you for helping me discover this! And wow these beans are out of this world

Well to be honest, its simple these bean just tastes so much better then any other canned/jar beans out there. I get fed up eating bullets or having to cook the beans until they disintegrate to make them edible. Bold Bean Co are so smooth and silky that you can eat them out of the jar...beautiful.

I was already a jarred bean fan but these beans are next level! If in doubt, try the starter pack and buy the bean co book (it was on Amazon Kindle for 99p) - bet you won't regret it - also check out social media for lots of great recipe ideas. The "queen" butter beans and chickpeas are especially special, but I will be trying the "red beans" too after a lifelong aversion to kidney beans (too many plain bean chillis in the 90s!!). It's great that the beans are lightly salted and the jar stock super flavourful, so just chuck the whole jar in with some veg and spices (and I like cream or mascarpone too) and it's a delicious meal in a matter of minutes.
