Whole transaction including delivery was just perfect

Everything ok and fast delivery

About 'we concluded that the pump that was returned showed clear signs of longer-term use', of course you concluded that because that was one of my complaints (the other one being that the wrong pump was delivered). About 'Considering that it was sent back in the original packaging', of course it was sent back in the original packaging. I received it like that and I wanted it to return it in the way that I received it, original packaging included.
Despite the very positive feedback on Trustpilot, which I also checked before ordening, based on my experience Bolasystems is as scam: you order ->you pay->they sent not what you ordered ->you sent your order back ->they don't accept->they don't refund you your money.

It was cheaper and arrived on the the day they had promissed .
In the future I will for sure order there again.

The first time there was a dillivery problemen, but thans to the people of Bola, it just arrived.
A 3 way valsve not available in Holland.

Warning: Avoid Bolasystem – Unprofessional and Disrespectful Management
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bolasystem. I ordered thermostats, but received the wrong adapters. When I reached out to arrange a return, I was met by a manager who was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.
I explicitly offered to pay for both the return shipping and the new shipping costs just to get the right parts, but they refused to help. The manager even stated that they "don't care." It is standard practice for any serious company to accept a return when an order is wrong, but this company has zero regard for their customers.
This is the last time I will ever buy from Bolasystem. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere. You have been warned

Good price, very fast delivery, hassle-free experience

Easy to order from and good options for delivery to Sweden. The order was handled quickly and although there was no tracking of the packet between Prague and Malmö, it was delivered just one working day later than estimated.

An interesting product used in innovative ways. When I needed a DIY solution to cleaning a dirty borehole there weren't many options. After a brief exchange of emails the Bola vibrating pump offered a really economical solution. And it worked.

Extremely fast delivery at a highly competitive price.

Eventhough the company is located in the czech republic and we are situated in the Netherlands, we regularly receive our package in 3 days. When opting for priority shipping we even receive it the next day, which is faster than some dutch companies.

The quality is good and the pricing is sometimes halve of what we would pay in the Netherlands.

We have ordere quite a lot the last few months, and have not had a single negative experience!
