I didn't receive the order
I ordered a camera on July 9, the order status on the website is "accepted", 2 weeks have passed, the order status has not changed, I wrote to the store's email, 3 days later they replied that they "forgot" to change the order status and the parcel was sent on July 9. Another week has passed, I do not have a tracking number for the parcel, the order status on the website is still "confirmed", they stopped answering emails, they do not answer calls either
Due to the complete lack of contact with the store and the lack of a tracking number, I cannot receive the order and all I can do is write reviews
