Slow and unreliable internet
Slow and unreliable internet, I pay for the “high speed” plan and it constantly kicks me out of games and forget trying to download something. They are straight robbing service members.

Might as well burn money
This is by far the worst internet company I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with some seriously crappy internet. I have to call EVERY night because I don’t have internet. Half the time you can’t get the help you need and I’m pretty sure they have bots writing reviews and replies to bad reviews online.
