Abdul is very knowledgeable engineer he was extremely helpful in assisting us with making our choices and the work he carried out was to an exceptional standard. The aesthetics to the finished work again was exceptional. Everything was completed promptly, perfectly and his quote precise. He was clean working and left everything immaculate. Recently had a brand new boiler fitted from Express Heat Care (Baxi 830 Combi 2). Abdul provided brilliant service, from first assessing the issues with the old boiler - to giving us a good price for a new one and explaining the differences between systems. The new boiler has been installed and is working perfectly - Abdul is very professional, walked me through every step of the way - as I knew nothing about heating systems/boilers, very polite and courteous - and was very thorough with making sure everything was clean, tidy and all working before leaving.
