Boiler Plan Plus were recommended to us. The engineer arrived very friendly and adhering to social distancing. Very informative when explaining the servicing of the boiler. 100% recommend.

New home, old heating system that was not working. Boiler plan was recommended and I am so glad they were. From start to finish, I was updated and all the work and I am so happy with my new heating system. Guys we professional, friendly, and I would highly recommend. I have a few more jobs to be done and will most definitely be welcoming them back.

We were recommended Ian after our boiler broke late Tuesday night, he was round on the Wednesday and got us up and running which with 3 kids 5 and under is very necessary. Gave great advice, was very friendly and didn’t cost the earth! Highly recommend.

Very polite and professional. Called boiler plan plus as I had an issue with my radiators not heating up, they sent an engineer round later that day who got them all working. Will definitely use them again.

Rang in the morning, arrived the same day. Prompt polite and quickly got to work. Safety was paramount throughout as Ian got the job done perfectly.

I recently had mr ian pollard round to service my boiler and to investigate why my hot water had not been getting hot , he immediately diagnosed the problem and ordered the part and within a few days was back to fit the part , I now have lovely hot water and a newly serviced boiler, very prompt service and would definitely recommend , great price and very professional.

We have used Ian for a few years now, always turns up promptly, and offers a great service.

First and foremost Ian was very punctual. On arrival Ian had all the required ppe.
Ian was very polite. He took his shoes off at the door without me requesting. Then promptly got to work. I was extremely satisfied with the work carried out. When Ian had left it was like he’d never been there as he was so clean and tidy. Superb tradesman.
