Excellent service from David, will definitely use again.

Unlike bigger gas repair companies, David and his apprentice Matthew, came and found the problem immediately. He could have fixed the problem himself by buying an expensive part but since my boiler is only 3 years old, he called the manufacturer on my behalf, saving me at least two hundred pounds, to have it fixed under warranty.
An honest, reliable and friendly worker who knows his stuff. I would definitely recommend him for any gas related work.

Had an engineer out on Monday to repair my boiler. He was there for over an hour and couldn't fix it as he came to the conclusion it was the mother board. He directed us to call the boiler makers and speak to them and to stay away from buying parts off eBay for safety reasons. After doing what he recommended it is now having to be a new boiler put in. We emailed the company back to ask if they could give a quote for replacing our boiler and they got back to us very quickly which I really appreciate, especially with having no heating. The engineer who had been was very honest and down to earth and they seem to be a very genuine company who do as it says on the tin kinda people. I would definitely recommend these guys, top notch.

I needed my boiler repaired and serviced quickly due to going on holiday abroad. David came to assess my boiler and within 1 day it was running perfectly again. Superb tradesman and not expensive for the job being carried out. He and his apprentice are very nice people. I will always go to the boiler doctor from now on.

We needed an experienced technician to swap over our home from LPG to natural gas. David carried out the work to first class standard. Also fitted a Hive system which is awesome. David was on time, and kept us updated and done an awesome job for us. Highly recommended.

There was no hidden costs.
He arrived on time.
He was informative before, and during the new installation.
He was efficient with his time.

I have used boiler doctor on a few occasions, he services my heating and gas fire 🔥 he has also attended tò a breakdown mid winter very promptly to replace a water pump which packed in I cannot fault him his prices are reasonable and he does an excellent job 👍 se

Please AVOID the plumbing services used by the Boiler Doctor Falkirk. I booked the plumbing appointment with the Boiler Doctor via Whatsapp but you can also book on their website. They did not inform me that they "sub-contract" a plumber. Please avoid this plumber Ross McLean. He failed to install a dishwasher correctly, which has caused significant water damage to my house.

Booked a visit online on his website for the same day. Arrived bang on time and had the problem diagnosed with my botched DIY Tado smart thermostat installation in minutes. Then quickly installed it properly and made sure everything was working as intended. Would highly recommend.

We needed a new boiler and heating system urgently and we could not have made a better choice. Brilliant price, brilliant job and the complete professional. It wasn’t easy work but he did everything we needed and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone - no hesitation. Just the absolute best!

Excellent service and really pleased with David's professionalism and great attitude to attend and fix the bath leak.
There were no qualms about investigating to get to the root of the problem asap. David was very accommodating with other smaller issues with leaks and was more than happy to spend time resolving those on his visit, with a wonderful and reassuring approach to service.

David was also flexible with the appointment which helps in situations not in your control.

David is friendly yet conscious of getting the job done quickly and to high standard.
