Fast, efficient service

My boiler stopped working on Thursday. I contacted Matthew immediately and he was able to come on Friday morning. He identified the problem very quickly, sourced the necessary part and sorted the problem out. Very efficient and competent. And he provided an itemised invoice. Excellent service!

Matt fitted a new boiler for me, we discussed which boiler would be best for my house and after a few discussions Matt fitted the new boiler in a day, very clean and tidy worker, very polite and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Matt to anyone needing a new boiler or Gas advice.

Very prompt & professional service, fully recommended

My boiler had a fault and was visited within the hour to diagnose the issue. I got an appointment 3 days later for a full replacement. Matthew explained everything to me, gave me my options, and did a very thorough job and left everything neat and tidy, my house is toasty now! Would definitely recommend and use again.

After a couple of weeks of no hot water and trying many other engineers, I came across Boiler Boffin online. Matt turned up and did an amazing job, very professional from the start to end. Explained it all along the way and gave very valuable advice.
