Love their showroom, it was hard to make a choice with such great deals but the service was amazing and helped me make the best decision. Everything got delivered and fitted the next day. Very Happy will definitely recommend to all, don't just take my word for it go and visit them.

worcester bosch 38 cdi.
ordered new boiler of these people. had boiler professionally installed. on completion was told by plumber that the frame work and closing front lid was broke and won't close properly. on start up of boiler something was wrong with it. plumber had to call out worcester bosch and have a new part installed inside boiler before we could use it. sorry but i would not be ordering from them again.

Your plumber took the correct action to call the manufacturer as this is part of the manufacturer's guarantee. Any fault or damage to your boiler will be covered by the manufacture if it is within the guarantee period. They will replace and solve any problems with the damaged boiler.
