Do not recommend

Do not recommend. Products are non-refundable. Quality comparable to SHEIN and not worth it. Delivery was 2 weeks with no reliable tracking.

Poor quality items

Poor quality items, took over a month to recieve. Not quality as described, cheap fabric. Does not look like the picture sizing poor. Refusing a refund!

This shop is a scam

This shop is a scam. Products are not are advertised quality once received. Different fabric. Look really cheap. I want to return and the are refusing to authorise the return. This is against my consumer rights. Do not buy anything from them

I do not recommend this store.

I visited one of the stores and saw that they had a piece of paper stating that everything is 50% off. When going in the store and they way the clothes were put on the racks, it did seem that everything was on sale, but apparently not. There were only very few, uninteresting items that were on discount. I found a really nice shirt though, which I bought in full price. Sometime after I regretted my purchase and went back to the store, to get the money back.
I was told that I could not get the money back, and they were sorry that I was not informed about their return policy and there was nothing to be done about it. If I had known this, I would not have bought the shirt.
What kind of store do not return money and do not inform beforehand? I will not recommend this store to anyone.

Our sale signs are 40 x 56 cm, where it says "ALL sale in the store 50%". "ALL" and "50%" are in font size 450. "Sale in the store" is in font size 85. As a reference, readable text is preferably written in font size 10, 11 or 12, just to point out that the change on "all sales in the store" is over 8 times larger than the text size we are all used to reading.

On all receipts, Boii Studios Stores' return policy is described with a 14-day exchange period.

Not order!!

Not order! Not all of the goods I paid for were delivered...no answers to my questions on various channels. No money back.
Very questionable..

Awful hoax of a return policy and doesn't answer phone/email!

Got a blouse for Christmas 2 sizes too small and immediately called the shop after New Year to ask about returning as shops where in lockdown. I was told that the return period would be extended until after the shops re-opened. When the shops was announced to re-open I tried to call the shop to arrange return - no answer. Tried calling 7-8 times and called the main office too - no response. Left messages on answering maschine - no response. Sent an email - no response. Followed them on Facebook, surely they would post an update - nothing.
Finally I decided to drive to the shop in Aarhus, as the 14 days return period after the re-opening was running out - and I was told at the counter that they stopped accepting returns the week before. Giving people a small window of 5 days to return the gifts!
I had no intentions of money back as times are difficult for shops during COVID - just a chance to get something else I could fit. The blouse was still hanging on the f****** rack!
AWFUL SERVICE! WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!

The best experience ever

The best experience ever! Absolutely gorgeous designs and most friendly people!
I have bought several dresses, knits, jewelry..and it has always been an amazing experience!
If you are looking for this effortlessly stylish Danish look, here you go!
I can only recommend here, both online and in the physical store

Misleading sale and non-existent customer service

Last month I visited one of the stores with my friends and we saw that they had a piece of paper stating that everything is 50% off. When going in the store and they way the clothes were put on the racks, it did seem that everything was on sale, but apparently not. There were only very few, uninteresting items that were on discount. I found a really nice dress though, which I bought in full price. A few days later, I visited the outlet and guess what, I found the exact same dress in half price!
That makes me wonder, what kind of "business" is this? Other than that, they never respond to messages, nor reviews, that reflects on how much they care about their customers.
I just hope the dress will survive, because I have worn it only once and haven't tried to wash it yet.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY ARE AWFUL !

I wish i could give an even lower rating than one star. Their dresses look really nice yes, but you are essentially paying for a dress you can wear ONCE. I bought several dresses on my first trip with them, which i initially loved, until i washed them. Even though i was not given any specific care instructions on purchase, (I asked specifically), i still washed them gently by hand. Every single piece of clothing shrunk. After a second wash, it was clear that i could no longer wear these items anymore. So i spent more than 1000kr on dresses i would beautifully wear one time, and then have to discard becuase of the intense shrinkage, and general poor quality of the clothing.

To make matters worse, when i contacted the store they did not even bother to reply to my message. I get that sometimes stores can stock bad products, but the fact that they dont even bother to reply to these messages tells me all i need to know about how much they care about their customers. I also messaged them on instagram, and i can see that the message was seen, and they still did not bother to reply, and i think they have had enough time by now, they "saw" the message months ago.

So please do not shop here!
