The order I made was shipped to me incomplete and the quality was fire below what I expected I have tried to communicate with the company about my concerns and have received no substantive response. I am assuming I’m going to have to eat the loss on this purchase and I hope nobody else falls victim to their lack of Customer Service and poor quality of their product.

I placed an order a month ago and they keep saying it’s on the way. I paid for 5-10 business days shipping. Very disappointing.

I placed an order 1 month ago and have been told it's on its way but still no order. I have sent numerous emails with some response that it's on its way. I asked for refund and still haven't been refunded or received my order. I registered a complaint with BBB and from some of the other reviews listed I'm glad I did as this seems to be a pattern with this company. I will never place another order with them.

Ordered never received. Have sent many emails like many are saying. Any help ideas would be appreciated

I placed an order four months ago.They took my payment, but I never received the items. I have sent many e-mails asking to resolve this, but they have not had the courtesy to respond to any of my numerous attempts. This order was placed in September, and it is yet to be resolved.This is a horrible company to do business with. I would never do business with them again nor will I refer anyone of my friends.
