I completely understand your frustration. I’d be upset too if I didn’t receive a reply. However, it looks like you may have contacted the wrong email address. We genuinely never received your emails, otherwise, we would have done something, as a 5-week delivery time is unacceptable (our average delivery time is 5-10 business days). I found your order using the name on this review and have now fully refunded your purchase. ✅
To clarify on your feedback, our advertised delivery time is 5-10 business days, it has never been 3 days (though we hope to achieve that one day! 😉). Your order was placed at the end of January and delivered at the beginning of March, totaling 5 weeks and 3 days, completely unacceptable.
Also, while we deliver to Switzerland and worldwide, we are an Australian company. Our company details are listed in the website footer and terms & conditions.
