Bought a french press 2 weeks ago, however, there is still no available shipping information and no response from the support e-mail address.
I have gotten a receipt and nothing else so far, seems like a scam.

Truly awful experience. I ordered early in May and never received any update on my order (coffee grinder).
I tried to reach the company many times using their contact page and email. Very difficult but they finally informed me that their website had “failed” to mention a 4-6 week delivery time.
Now 9 weeks later, they have completely stopped responding to messages, I still don’t have my goods, no information at all and their email is bouncing back “due to changes in the structure of the company “
So basically this is a SCAM.

Ordered a 1100,- grinder, but the owner refused to send the order and also didn't refund my money after I requested it multiple times. Horrible experience. Complete scam.

Beware this shop, they show and discribe the luxery version of machines. But after paying they send the basic model. When you trie to contact them they simply don’t respond.

Slow delivery and poor communication during the process.

I ordered a grinder to Spain and took more than 1 month to arrive. They didn’t even communicate properly why the grinder wasn’t arriving and had to call personally and send numerous emails to the shop while being ignored all along the process.

Online scam. I purchased an espresso machine one month ago and there has been no change in status on my order. I have not received any response from the seller. Avoid.

Ordered a coffee machine and a bag of beans from them on the 28th of November 2023 shipping to Switzerland

Didnt receive my coffee machine until 3.5 weeks later. On their website it said delivery time 7-10 days. The problem according to them was the customs was taking too long to approve, however we had to call numerous times to check on this.

The coffee didn't even come until yesterday the 16th of January, dont know why they couldnt send both together.

Now, all of this would have been ok if their struggles were communicated to us and more transparency occurred. We had to constantly call and email them.

They did send us some small goodies as a token of gesture, including some extra coffee. Very tasty coffee I must say!

I purchased a coffee grinder on December 28th, expecting to receive it by January 3rd or 4th as they indicated in their website. They have ignored all my phone calls, Instagram messages and emails and decided to send the item on January 14th even though I have formally requested several times to cancel the order following the instructions provided in their website (they've had a 18 day span to try and communicate with me and have absolutely ignored me). I honestly don't understand this way to proceed, there is no need to treat a customer like this and I honestly don't understand why such a lack of transparency. I should have done more research about them because I can see in the reviews that they have proceeded the same way with other customers before. I hope this is useful to al buying online from their website and avoid having a bad time like me.

The service outside of Germany is very bad, it is already the second shipment to receive something I ordered on 12/9/23

I am really satisfied with Bohnenfee's service, would buy here again and would gladly recommend them.

I ordered grinder 25.11.2023 and now, 28.12.2024, I did get anything. It is bad, very bad...
