False advertisement
This is my first Trustpilot review, but this experience what so bad I had to express why not to buy from this website. In all three (different) orders placed at bogreolen.dk, one or more books where suddenly sold out and delivery time was exceeding the initial delivery time by far. The books that were delivered was not in a good condition and I am still waiting for my refund for the book that was cancelled. All in all, a very bad experience. I recommend to use a competitor.

Ordered 2 books on 02.11.2024, today is 20.11.2024 and all I got is money taken, no books, no update about getting any books.
I did send an email to customer service on 06.11.2024 and recieved a reply that I will have my books send from a remote warehouse at the end of that week 08.11.2024. I got nothing ever since.

It took sometime to get my books a bit more than what it takes in other brands. But price was very competitive and the shipping was all good .

Inaccurate expected delivery dates
Beware, their website is rigged to say books are in stock with a reasonable delivery date when the actually are not, in order to hook you in to place the order. For example: I see expected delivery is in 4-7 days, I placed the order, then they follow up to say that’s in fact not the case at all, in my case an extra 10 days. The only option is to wait it out or get a gift card. Kæmpe nej tak herfra.

Not happy
Not happy! Ordered two books for Xmas Nov 8 with expected delivery date Nov 14. Dec 29 I still haven't received any books, updates or answers to my email inquiry. VERY POOR SERVICE - and I am now missing a gift. Would be easily fixed with better communication. I have no clue if I will receive these books or not.
