I ordered 5 burgers with fries and…
I ordered 5 burgers with fries and milkshakes, I was sitting on a chair right next to bōff Burger bar in lyngby storcenter waiting for my order to get ready, when my order was ready, they didn’t shout out my number, even though they could see that I was sitting right next to them. I waited for a very long time and then a very nice customer came over and told me that my order was ready, if it was not for the nice customer, I would not have known that my order was ready, the young boy and the young girl was working there they could not be bothered calling my number out, when I went over to get my order, I asked why they have not called out my number as I was sitting right next to them and the young boy just started to laugh and I guess he must think that it is so funny that my food has gotten cold and that the milkshakes has gotten warm and melted.
I know it’s a burger bar and not a Michelin star restaurant, but you should still give good service.

Very fresh, well seasoned and with fast prep. Looking forward to try their chicken burger next time 😋

New menu - can’t recommend
They have changed the menu, unfortunately the new menu is disappointing.
We Ordered cheeseburgers premium, but it only had a patty, cheese, wayyyy too many onions and cucumbers- not what I would call a premium burger. The photo showed salad and tomato but it was not in the burger. Sad, because the burgers used to be good.

Our premium cheese burger comes with cheddar cheese, red onion and pickles, beef patty and homemade hamburger dressing

Delicious, thick, juicy, fresh burgers.. Great selection, reasonable price, spot on service.. Consistently 1st class!!

Good burgers but seems they have issues…
Good burgers but seems they have issues getting their orders right...
Once we ordered extra bacon, but they did not add it and forgot 1 of the 2 colas.
Today, we got the extra bacon but for some reason they did not put the salade, tomatoes & oignons and it´s again missing 1 cola (out of 2, how hard can it be...)
They used to have free dressings but now it´s 7kr extra, and no paper napkin anymore...
Just-eat compensated us but we won´t order again.
