Return process went smoothly and efficiently!

I bought three identical bandeau bras, sadly, they did not fit me well, so I returned them with the very kind and knowledgeable assistance of Zezza in exchange for a gift card, which will use soon. Hard to trust strangers (humans or businesses) in this crazy world, but Body Sculpture X came thru like a champ! Thank you, Zezza!

Delivery was slow, good customer service for return

I paid for priority shipping and delivery took over 3 weeks. Which was longer than I anticipated. The item I purchased didn't work for what was needed and customer service for the return was great and very responsive. Refund was issued very quickly. If you do return, you will have to pay for return shipping, they do not issue a return label.

I was disappointed with the delivery…

I was disappointed with the delivery time. It took 4 weeks to get my order. However, I did receive good customer service from Joshie. Once I did get my order I like the bras except they are flimsy, no lining. I already knew they were not lined though. I will continue to order from Sculptor X. The delivery time could use some improvement.

I finally received my body shapers

I finally received my body shapers. The first time, it was delivered to some other address. Zezza worked with me to finally get them delivered TO ME! I appreciate Zezza for her persistence in getting them to me. I wore one today to church. It was comfortable, AND, it had an opening!! That was a wonderful surprise! The description didn't specify an opening. But I'm thrilled that it is. I appreciate all that Zezza did to help me FINALLY receive my body shapers. Thank you, Zezza! GOD bless you and yours! 🙏❤️

Ordered a bra for my wedding

Ordered a bra for my wedding. After the order it said 3-5 business days.
It's been almost 10 days, wedding over, so have ni use. Can't cancel,can't get a refund,and won't send a return shipping label. Still don't know where it is.
Don't order anything unless you have a month or more to wait.
Once it's Ordered, there's "nothing we can do about it".

Good Experience-Good Merchandise

My original order was lost in transit, but thanks to the excellent customer service representative (Joshie) I was able to get the replacement order fairly quickly.
Joshie updated me regularly and she made me
feel that my business was valued. The merchandise is
of great quality~So, It was a good consumer experience.

Great Customer Service

Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately the items I ordered didn’t work for me and were needed for a specific event. Since I didn’t have time to to exchange, they made the return process seamless and easy which is always a relief.

This is a drop ship company i was…

This is a drop ship company i was suppose to recieve my item within a week. It did not arrive until almost a month later. I asked the. To cancel my order they printed my label and tracking had no movement for 2 weeks. They shipped and charged me regardless. The item sent was garbage. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I am filing fraud charges

Since writing this the company has tried to blackmail me. I asked to return the unopened product for a refund. They said no you can keep it and we will refund you the full amount if you will remove your one star f
Review fro trustpilot.com. they have not yet refunded me. I also told them I didn't want their terrible product its very cheap. If they will not allow me to return then I will throw it away. I have screenshots of the blackmail email as well. Their plan seemed to be to question my review which gives 2 days for me to respond if I don't respond the review would be removed. So offer me a refund they never plan to give just to get me to remove a negative review. Good luck everyone.

Excellent products

I don’t normally do reviews! But my interaction with the employees was superior to any other business I have ordered from! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and my refund was so quick and easy! The person who helped with the return was so friendly and helpful! I ordered another support bra and it fit so nicely! It was so comfortable and gave me the support I needed! I am just about to order a couple more and try out some of there other products! If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would! This business has a great future!

Excellent Customer Service

The bras I ordered did not fit so I returned them. Customer service was courteous, informative and helpful in the return process. Made for a pain free process. I rate the customer service as very good!

I was not happy with those wireless…

I was not happy with those wireless bras. They were the cheapest, cheesiest thing I ever bought. All of their items tend to roll even with the support glue/tape. Quality is not good at all. They purchase from the ali baba site and resell. Cheap. Those bra are seamless but horrible unibra looking pad in the chest part.

Perfect customer service. …

I purchased two bras from them- unfortunately I found the site too late as it arrived just after we left for vacation which was not due to the companies fault. Upon my return home I decided not to keep them as I really had no need. They were kind and courteous through the entire process. I strongly recommend anyone to purchase from them. In the near future if I need something I will 110% make a purchase from them.

Placed priority order

Placed a priority order and paid extra, but after 7 days, no shipping. Customer service was useless—no help at all. Then I was told due to Chinese New Year, shipping would be delayed another week. Total scam!

Update: Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and only then was my order canceled and refunded. Avoid this company at all costs!

Please understand that as a small company, we struggle with bad reviews and we're going the extra mile to keep our customers satisfied, starting by the fact that we kept our prices even after the new US policies of extra charging all overseas products. This is why we did ask to consider it but only after the order was refunded. We want to clarify that our manager Sara, reviewed your case before the review was visible to us (as those take a bit to get approved by TP) and she immediately canceled and refunded your order. The initial agent who assisted you was in training and was unaware that we could guarantee cancellation if an order was delayed by more than a week. We sincerely regret any miscommunication on our part.

I purchased the Waist Sculpting…

I purchased the Waist Sculpting Shapewear, I would not recommend this to anyone, it does nothing. It has the same composition as another well known trusted site who sell the exact same for £3.99 both have 90% Nylon 10% Spandex but the difference was I paid £24.99 from Body Sculptor. They are both provided from China as the label states. I wanted to return this item but it cost £8.00 because its overseas it is not worth it, body sculpture states they will give you back the return price but only in a gift card, I would not buy anything from them again so what is the point in giving me a gift card. Never again totally disappointed and disgusted them selling the same item for 8 times the price of a similar one got which was a replica.

Uncomfortable request refund


Uncomfortable!! Pinches under my arms and I bought a large. This doesn't look like the bra pictured. More like a midevil torture device. I asked to return and they said I would have to pay to return. I saw no place on their site saying this only to exchange. I would have to take it to one of their locations to have it inspected that it has not been worn or washed. Also, this comes from China. Yet another thing they leave off of their site. I would never have purchased if I had known in the first place.

Shipping origin is selected automatically by our logistics system to ensure the fastest possible delivery given stock levels in each warehouse; thus, shipping usually takes 7-14 days from the shipment date.
