I like the taste and the structure of the shake, and the price is good for me. it's a good choice for vegetarians and people who can't use dairy products "like myself" or soya. It contains almost 60% protein so it's perfect to help me prevent muscles breakdown in the morning and after working out, and of course when i need a healthy snack.
Thanks Bodylab
