I had my tragus piercing done yearrrrs ago in my teens, and for some reason I’ve always been too nervous to change it, so I stuck with the standard (boring!) jewellery it was pierced with.

After doing some research and seeing lots of positive reviews, I decided to order from TDi - and I’m so glad I did. The piece I chose is internally threaded, which feels much more secure (I’ve always had a bit of a fear of the ball falling off/unscrewing after it happened to me once!).

This one is much more modern, was easier to fit once I got the hang of it, and looks fab and I can tell is good quality. I’ll definitely be ordering again - already eyeing up my next piece! Not sure what took me so long...very happy! Really fast delivery too.

I have large guage piercings. The jewellery is really well made, fits perfectly, arrived quickly (I'm in Australia), the cost is a lot less than buying piercings here, TDi responded really fast to a query I made before ordering and were really helpful

Brilliant range of quality jewellery for competitive prices. Really pleased to find various gauges and sizes for piercing rings so at last I could buy a selection of colours of the perfect size for me.

Another positive that really stood out was the attention to detail when delivery their orders. Each ring came in a labelled ziplock but sealed bag. You could examine the item and choose to return it as long as the seal wasn’t broken. Mine were all perfect so no need to return. Once opened you’re left with a small section of bag with the ziplock which is ideal to store your new jewellery items in for safe keeping.

They also included a customer service card and a sizing card. This was much appreciated as it enabled me to check the sizes of my other piercing jewellery and have a handy guide so I know what to look for when ordering again.

A real ‘extra value’ experience in addition to excellent products. They didn’t request me to write a Trustpilot review but I was so impressed I searched to see if they had a Trustpilot account and wanted to give credit where credit is due.

Clear description of items on their site and delivered on time. The only site that sells the perfect type of bioflex labret bar so 10000% recommend this site for all types of piercings! Definitely be ordering again from them in the near future

Honestly the best company that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Every order I’ve placed has been straightforward and completely hassle free. Jewellery is great quality and shipping is unbelievably quick. Their customer service is great, absolutely nothing to fault!

I ordered something from here but after a few days it hadn’t arrived, I contacted them and they responded promptly requesting I wait the 10 days before they sorted the issue. Although frustrating, I completely understand. After 10 days it hasn’t arrived, so they sent another item which arrived the following day. Upon receiving, I wasn’t happy with the gold colour as it looked very similar to and older zircon gold version which I had ordered a year or so ago. I emailed them again to say it had arrived, but I wasn’t happy along with my reasons. Their resolution went above and beyond my expectations. Excellent customer service, they just wanted to make sure I was happy.

Great! Super fast delivery and the only place i can get black body jewllery were the black doesnt come off!
Only downfall I had is the earrings I got feel cheaper than they are.
Other than that Im happy with them.

Great experience, I had orderd the wrong size. Exchange was quick and speedy with no issues. Great customer service lovely jewellery and good quality. Will defo shop from again.

They changed the size of my piercings on my order (presumably because they didn’t have the size I ordered) then when I email they said they didn’t sell piercings in that size for the location I wanted despite the fact there were several available on the website. They come and they’re all in tiny little sealed bags, only two in sterilised ones. So I start putting them in and the closure on ALL of the hoops is misaligned so they were very hard to get in and I spent over an hour (which really irritated my piercings) trying to realign them and close them. A joke. Stay clear!!!
