The shoes are great for first walkers, the shoes are comfortable but the quality is medium, we bought a new pair size up just for comfort, however, the delivery is appalling!!! The shoes take 7 working days to be DISPATCHED. It’s not like their personalised? Honestly personalised stuff is faster to ship. If you’re so successful, please hire more staff. It’s irresponsible. With that being said, I still haven’t received the shoes, it takes a further 10-15 working days to receive them, so my baby can literally change the shoe size by the time the item arrives. I understand the delivery time is not on the company and I’m prepared to wait 10-15 working days, but the 7 days to dispatch is on YOU! I ordered my item on the 25th November and it was dispatched on the 5th December.
