Dishonest refund policy and nonexistent customer support
The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Purchased 2 items from BobiUSA.com for the first time. Both were way too large for the listed size, so I requested a return/refund. Return label came quickly. But after that... it's been OVER 2 mos & I still have not received a refund. Thankfully I got a USPS tracking label which confirmed the return was received by Bobi 2 days after I shipped it back. But I never got any confirmation of receipt of the return nor any confirmation of refund. I attempted to email customer service 5 times & called 3 times. Finally, just last week, I received an automated confirmation email stating my return was received, with 0 acknowledgment or response to my repeated emails voicing concern. Despite that email being received over a week ago, I still have not received any refund. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company and want to warn everyone against ordering from this company again.
