This is an excellent platform for a very interactive loyalty program. I love the automation, the push notifications, and the incentives the app offers my members.
My only criticisms is that customization is very limited and there is a very noticeable difference in the finished app between Android & iOS. Also, submitting to Apple was a bit of a challenge for me as a sole proprietor. There are some small glitches on the administration end that will hopefully be worked out with time, however Bobile's customer support team is top notch and I look forward to growing my business with them!

The Support and the online Builder are both great for someone like me who do not have coding or development knowledge.

I own a small bakery shop and wanted the app presence to accept the orders. Bobile turned out to be just the right solution for me.

I was initially stuck with something but the live help was prompt and efficient in helping me out. I would totally recommend them 10/10.

Seems great at first, but be careful. When you try it out, you are also signing up for a regular subscription. The pornography industry uses the same tactics. When I queried the help line, it seemed like they had never even read their own web page, plus the first thing they want is your email address.(?)

Trying to end my service is toooooooo complex. And should be a way to end it on the app, not crash while working on the app within the app that they use.

Its really helpfull and fast. Great quality app.

The best thing I like about this app the user interface and how easy it is to customize the content. I have my own podcast/radio for my followers. I can literally post videos from mobile and publish within seconds.

Try cancelling the subscription. An absolute joke. it's almost impossible to cancel the trail and you get 0 verification or notification if its actually been cancelled after emailing support.

I definitely do not trust or recommend this company.

Try cancelling this service during the trial period....GOOD LUCK. I had the good sense of taking a picture of "How to cancel" pop-up....I am very skilled. Math major in college and now fly for one of the major airlines. It's easier to navigate from JFK to Singapore than it is to follow the instructions from Bobile. My advice is to call your credit card company and cancel. I will never trust a company, especially Bobile, that operates this way

Bobile is a great app maker to use if you have a small online store, restaurant or appointment-based business. It has all the basics, for a good price, and they appear to work well. The most helpful thing is there is a healthy library of helpful video tutorials, as well as a pretty handy knowledge base. Also, the chat support is very quick to respond.

Excellent experience using there app building platform, good looking themes to work on. Not a programmer so I feel it is great for me, simple ,easy to customize , a booking feature the one i was looking for my classes.

Awesome experience creating my app using the platform, the 14 day trial is a pretty great thing to try and check the features. It was easy to preview the app created and make changes accordingly. Just want to say , great platform , support and service provided by bobile. I am very happy with it.

Initially I was skeptical about what the website Bobile would be able to offer, but as a computer novice I was very impressed with the product I've produced. I started with the free trial and I am now considering upgrading as I feel it will be beneficial. Also the customer service team are really friendly and helpful no matter what time of the day/night it is! Would definitely recommend

Spoke with CSR who seemed very young or immature. Started out by arguing with me trying to convince me why he didn't answer my question about debit card not being an option for monthly payments. For anyone who has used these small companies with a large volume of business understands the quality can be up and down. That varies from compnay to company. Also, with so much identity theft a non-secure payment method (giving my debit card or credit card directly instead of PayPal or like companies that protects my identity is NOT good business practice which is their only payment method. Plus have dealt with several of these over seas businesses who have copped an attitude when they ddn't hold up their end of the agreement. Then there was ZERO recourse since they were in other country, I explained it to Brian (sure was a fake name), Explained that starting an argument with a potential customer is not wise and he continued to argue with great passion. Then he insulted me by saying I was already told they were in Israel as if I had something against the whole state of Israel or other countries (not really sure what his point was). All I know is they will not get one penny from me until the owner (sure it is a small company) repairs their reputation directly. BEWARE OF ANY COMPANY WHOSE CSR IS RUDE, PUSHY AND ARROGANT UP FRONT. THAT IS WHAT YOU WILL LIKELY GET IN THE END! Now they are blowing up my phone with spam message after spam message after posting this review. Wow! glad I never paid them one penny!!!

Company is a fraud. I was illegally charged for the free trial period and they refuse to give me a refund. All I get is the run-around about contacting the Refund & Billing Board, who supposedly only works on Friday and Saturday. I guess they were off this Friday and Saturday to spend the $362 they stole from me. This company is a rip-off claiming the charges were only pre-authorization charges and even with screenshots of the debit out of my account and screenshots showing proof of a free trial they are ignoring me to avoid giving me my refund because the trial period ends this weekend. I guess then they’ll try to make me wait for the 30 day satisfactorily period when I’m highly dissatisfied and angry with the company, services, & especially the theft of my money
