I have received my first check, and it was very exciting to open the mailbox and find it there. I found the lead calling the county’s Tax Commissioner office and requesting the excess funds list. I did the skip trace to find the claimant’s contact information. The claimant was deceased, and the wife answered the phone call, she was very cooperative and agreed to the process right away, she was very happy as this money was not expected and was very thankful for me to have reached out. This first accomplishment will motivate me to keep moving forward. This is a business that helps people while being profitable at the same time, I would say a win-win. I would like to thank Bob and his Support team which has been very very helpful in answering all my questions (which have been lots of them) with quick turnaround.

Please share these photos with Bob Diamond. I purchased his program last November/2023 and got started right away. My first tax overage claim was for $238,929.40.(i received 25% of that, ($59,732.35) It was a couple that had both passed away, the husband in 1995, then the wife in 2017. I did extensive skip tracing and found the only living child living in another state. Fast forward about eight months and i received my check. My other claim was a smaller one for $71,312.90, (i received 10% of that, $7131.69). I received that check three weeks prior to the big one. These two checks have literally changed my life. I received my Second Excess Funds check last week! Once again I need to thank Bob Diamond and the entire Support Team for helping me to get this done! They reviewed my information and talked me through the protocol and procedures in getting this claim processed. I cannot emphasize how important the Program and Resources are, and how important the Support Team is in getting these claims processed! I look forward to helping more people get their claims processed and their money back!

My first deal was an interesting one. Call it a baptism by fire. I found a deal in Georgia in April 2023 for $15,328.00 in Georgia. This property had two owners, a dissolved LLC, and an individual. When I first contacted them the owner of the LLC wanted to try to collect the funds himself but his partner wanted me to handle everything. Since I couldn’t persuade him, I backed off and let him try. I categorized the lead as “follow up” in my tracking sheet. I figured there was a possibility of them running into problems. I was right.
I called them back about a month and a half later. This time both of them wanted me to handle the deal. The county rep provided me with all of the necessary additional paperwork needed for the claim which included an affidavit for the LLC owner indicating his status in the dissolved LLC. It included a field called “shares issued”. My client put “0” in this field. He should have put “1”. The county attorney then told me that the funds could not be paid to the owner of the LLC, or the other owner who had no involvement with the LLC, because their policy prevented them from paying funds to a corporation that issued no shares. I explained that my client misunderstood that field and asked if we could refile with the correct information. The answer was no and my heart sank.
Surprisingly the county attorney did offer an alternative, i.e. have the agent of the dissolved LLC sign an affidavit that met the requirements of the county. We submitted the agent’s affidavit and the funds were paid out about 3 weeks later.

I had this 43k claim where the person was deceased and I have found the heir via skip tracing. He was an older person so he wasn't sure, he got me in touch with his son who I explained everything and we got into agreement with the heir.
That claim was supper quick and easy and got the money for my client, the heir. He's very excided for the money as he wants to help out his son with his financials.

I wanted to share my experience after leveraging the education and resources obtained from the Overages Blueprint from Bob Diamond. I found my lead from reaching out to some local counties in my state and requesting the tax sale list. Amongst these were several names and I just kept taking my swing at every attempt I could until I found my claimant. To get in touch with my claimant I needed to call on a list of relatives/friends that amounted to about 20+ people. Eventually I found the claimants brother and explained how he would be entitled to some money from the state, and I needed to get in touch with the claimant as soon as possible. Turned out the claimant was in El Salvador, and I needed to reach out via an app to communicate the situation. I would say this was certainly on the easier side, however the claimant did have their skepticism. Even when he agreed to the terms of our agreement and I sent over the paperwork through what I thought would be a quick close, he had another relative in the states give me a call to ask more questions about the process and how we help people. Eventually, every got on the same page. The property was lost in a tax sale due to the owner leaving the country and leaving the home in the care of relatives. They fell behind on taxes and eventually the home was sold.

I was very pleased to know that this claimant is going to use his proceeds to get his immigration papers completed for him and his family. He wasn’t expecting these funds, and it will go a long way in cover all of their legal fees. He was very grateful.

For me, this first check symbolizes the start of a new life for me and my family. I’m very excited about the prospects of this being my new lifestyle and making a major difference in the lives of the people whom I work with. These funds are coming just in time for our family vacation to Cabo. We will certainly splurge a little more.

Support was great with me. Any question I had, I would direct to support and often times within a day I am hearing back with specifics on how to proceed through each step in the process. I’m very happy for the team Bob has in place. I truly enjoy this business. If you put in the time and patience, it will pay handsomely.

I was able to receive my largest claim so far, in the amount totaling over $91K.
I searched the county auction site and found the overage and then, with the help of a professional skip tracer, found and contacted the son of the previous owner of the property.
He was not skeptical but he was frustrated with the amount of calls he received to help him claim the funds as the original total was over $200K before liens we subtracted.
The property had actually belonged to his parents who had both passed away.
The money comes just in time as he was unemployed for awhile and fell behind in some of his expenses.
This success has boosted my confidence in this business and the process. The money will be used to keep me funded while I close more deals.
I am very grateful for BD support in helping me overcome an issue with filing probate. Responses from support were timely and informative.

One note of advice, there are a lot of people trying to do this business by "winging it". I suggest they invest in the course and learn how to file claims correctly.

He called within a week of my 1st letter to him. I went through the phone script with Gerald and EASILY got his agreement! On August 13, 2023, I sent my first letter to Gerald F. 5 days later, on August 18th, he responded and we talked for about 10 min.
In 2 hours I created the needed paperwork and found a notary nearby Gerald's community. Everything went quickly. On August 28th I receive Gerald's signed and notarized claim from the notary. On August 29th I shipped his claim to my attorney. On November 9th, 2023 I received my commission check from my attorney!! For a total turnaround of just 75 days from talking to the client to receiving the check! My attorney also took the responsibility of sending funds to the claimant as well. I'm excited about the checks coming to both Georgia, Ohio and Florida now! With over 200% growth over the previous 2 years I more and more convinced that I can live off my Overages Business alone! The checks are coming ALMOST every month now! And I'm sure I can make $5K, $10K and even $20K per month.

I was very fortunate to have two court cases approved on the same day for a total of $168,411.27! This check for $42,166.33 came from a Deceased family member's foreclosure surplus proceeds. I was able to locate the parents who had no idea these funds were available. They were ecstatic to learn of this and were brought to tears when I personally brought the checks to them.
I cannot tell you how much this business has changed life for me. I am a licensed realtor, but am now devoting my time to this business. It's not a "get rich" scheme, but, possibly, a "get rich" soon with the right effort and dedication.
