Don't Trust BoB Club North West
I joined BoB (NW) in March 2020. The franchise owner Tracy Heatley drew me in saying she needed a VA as her previous one had stopped working with her. We had a meeting to discuss BoB membership and her using my VA services. I signed up, once the registration was paid, her need for a VA suddenly vanished. As a new business she told me I could pay the membership over 3 months. When it came to it, she changed it to 2 months, but still took 3 payments. It took a week and many emails for her to repay the over payment. Fast forward to Nov 2020 and she posted inflammatory comments aimed at me in a group chat for all the businesses in our group. I still have those messages. The comments came from a personal grudge she had against me and had no place in a business setting. As a result I decided to leave and asked for a refund as my leaving was due to her very unprofessional conduct implying to the group of business owners that I had done something against her, which was a downright lie. I copied the MD, Geoff Cox into emails to her and I rang and asked him to call. Completely ignored, no apology, membership deleted without any negotiation and they hide behind a no refund policy. Steer well clear.
