Dreadful from all aspects - avoid
Boat Hire Sydney and the Sydney Seabird. We had the misfortune of hiring this catamaran from Boat Hire Sydney for New Year’s Eve. We paid for a buffet for 35 people at $1750.
We received 2 chickens, some small potatoes and green salad and also purchased 4 platters for $160 each. We also brought our own drinks. The boat floor was always wet. The staff were on their mobile phones. No service.
Can you imagine what happens when you try to share 2 chickens across 35 people ?
A lot of very upset people who don’t have food to help with the booze.
I don’t normally post about the bad treatment i receive but this one was the worst experience in a while..
No refund. No reply to our emails.
Avoid this company.
