genuinely one of the nicest services I've gotten.
I needed to replace a part of my binding that I couldn't find anywhere. The shop was super helpful and found the part for me. After receiving it, I figured it was too small. I contacted them again, and they sent me the new part right away no questions asked!
100% I'll shop with them again!

Best customer service experience for a long time
I had challenges assembling the bike I ordered for my son's birthday. I got frustrated and called Boardshop customer service. The person who answered the phone was very service-minded and sympathetic. He did his best to assist me over the phone, but also told me that I could either return the bike or take it to a local repair shop on their expense. After several attempts, I took the bike to a local repair shop and contacted Boardshop. The money was refunded to my account on the following business day. I can wholeheartedly recommend Boardshop. I have not had this good customer service experience for a long time.
