I was contacted immediately to let me know my board bag would arrive just 24 hours later. Very good customer service.

Ordered some slater fins not the same as photo but they do the job so ,
Haft to be carful with it that more expensive shipping because if you don’t order early in the day it’s a waste of money especially if it’s on like a Thursday ,like I did . Two day shipping took 5 days

But all in all okay

I’ve used Boardshop on multiple occasions and had a lot of correspondence regarding boards and kit. Customer service and response to queries is outstanding.
Deliver always fast and items packaged well.

The Boardshop provide a very good service to their customers.
They always seem to be available for advice and to answer any queries before making a purchase. They act as a well organised team of dedicated surfers who are very experienced and knowledgeable and want the best for their customers.

Packing up some boards for a trip , realised I was a some fins short I was leaving in a few days . Reached out to Boardshop saying this was an emergency. Not an ambulance or fire engine emergency but a surf trip emergency. Their service and postage was superman fast . The fins arrived within 48hours . 5 🌟rating from me .

I ordered a 7'4 Torq Mod fun mini mal through the weekly trade-ins email, they were super efficient and I received it the next day. A great price as it was technically second hand, but had clearly never been used before so I'm very happy! Tested out the board at the weekend and I loooove it, thank you

Brilliant team and brilliant service. We had an issue with the surfboard; we're not situated nearby; and they couldn't have been more responsive, helpful, understanding and kind. Within two days they had sourced a new board, sent a courier to pick up the board and deliver the replacement. Highly recommend this shop.

New board time !, first point of call for anything surf related is Boardshop these days, they always seem to have what I’m after at a good price.

It’s always a bit of a risk getting a board delivered but no worries, really well packed with extra protection for nose and tail etc. Arrived in immaculate condition in super quick time.

Nice extra touch such as a follow up email to let me know that some items will arrive in a separate delivery. Top service once again - cheers

I have bought both my wetsuits from Boardshop. They both arrived really quickly and well packaged. I am only 5'3 so sometimes tricky to find the shorter versions but I never have a problem finding what I need at Boardshop . Communication is fab, quick email replies to my queries and really nice and friendly staff. I love them!

Ian, David and the team delivered exceptional service and the highest quality products. I had a call from the team the morning of the day my new board and gear was due to be delivered. They informed me that their delivery service had not picked up the order, and as a resolution one of their team members personally delivered the items within the next few hours. The whole team at board shop are so helpful, attentive and most importantly, knowledgable. They helped me so much in making a decision for a new surf board (which is difficult given the huge range they carry).
