Very high quality of the keyboard. I’m very pleased with everything from the product to the customer service. It is a little pricey but in my opinion it’s worth every single penny. Love it!

I ordered a custom keyboard from them and had a great experience. The service was very professional and fast. They managed to get all the parts within a week, built the keyboard the same week, and shipped it out quickly.

They also gave me really helpful advice on what components to choose for my keyboard, which made the whole process much easier.

Boardbay is definitely a must have recommendation if you’re looking to purchase a custom keyboard. They are very patient and easy going when it comes to helping find every part that suits your needs. Everything about the process was amazing. They were incredibly helpful with any questions and were completely willing to go along with any of my requests. They gave good advice and delivered an amazing product. The build quality is perfect and it is exactly as I'd hoped it would be. Some days, the response time felt a little slow. But this is very explainable from me being located across the globe from them. The boards are a little pricey, but in my experience, it is COMPLETELY worth it.

They reached out to me through Reddit after I made a post about needing a new keyboard.
Honestly, I had more requests than I thought I did, and my budged was not the highest for a custom mechanical build, but they managed to create something I absolutely love.
I asked for an extremely silent 75% keyboard, with a volume knob and green keycaps, and they managed to get me everything I wanted. They were so ready to help me out and do extensive research to try and find everything I wanted, which made me feel very secure and confident enough to rely on someone else to get me what I wanted. Even as I added more requirements, they never backed down and kept looking for new options for me to look at.
The keyboard feels amazing, it doesn't make a sound and it blends perfectly with the style of my desk. I honestly love it so much and I doubt I would have found something so amazing if I had gotten a pre-built keyboard. I am very happy and I 100% recommend.

Boardbay reached out throught reddit and since our first conversation he was super helpful and guided me throught the whole building process, solved any doubt and stupid question I had about building my keyboard. Since it was my first custom build and first keyboard i bought in 15 years i was completelty lost but i was guided and shown all options so i could make the perfect decision for a keybaord that would match my needs.

Great experience, BoardBay is very knowledgable and i learnt a lot from asking various questions so that they could build the keyboard that best suited my needs.

I'm personally not very in the loop when it comes to keyboards but yet had a list of specific needs for a board and didn't know where to start. This guy was endlessly helpful, answered every one of my questions in a timely fashion, provided tons of resources to help me figure out exactly what I wanted, was incredibly understanding and professional, and frequently kept me updated about the process. I feel immensely fortunate to have gone with this person when I was looking to get a higher end keyboard, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the keyboard that I received and the service that came along with it.

So it arrived and its even better then i was thinking. The sound is good and its build very good! It was packaged very neatly so nothing happend to it while it was shipped! High quality and good customer service! What do you want more? If you want a custom keyboard build this here is the place to go!

I've had some experience with custom keyboard builders in the past, but BoardBay truly takes the cake. I'm not particularly adept with custom keyboards and I'm not fully familiar with all the brands, terminology, etc. However, this was no issue for BoardBay! I sent them images (and even sound clips!) that represented my vision, and in return, I received a keyboard that genuinely made me say, "wow."

He took the time to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted in a keyboard. Great build quality! He spent time with me ensuring I had the best parts for my budget, would recommend 100/10!
