The support is terrible!

We agree with other reviewers, the support is terrible!
Unfortunately we hadn't checked this site before we bought, otherwise we would have known what, or rather who, we were getting ourselves into.

At best we can describe the support as ignorant, basically the opposite of the meaning of support.
We tried several times to install the tool and although there was an obvious and understandable error, the developer was not willing to offer his support.

Luckily we haven't bought all the apps we had planned to use, so it's ‘only’ about 100 USD that we've thrown out the window.

Wouldn't recommend

Some channels have just stopped working, and the overall experience isn't great. I'd recommend checking out Zammad; it's free if you host it yourself and does everything much better!

Great powerful script

I have bought this plugin for my Wordpress site. First I found it difficult installing it, but support was here for me. I was helped by Federico and I found out it was me who was messing up the plugin. Actually installing is very simple. Don't change any setting and that's it. At least for me. I really recommend this plugin if you're looking for a support channel. Everything is here.

I highly recommend this software

I highly recommend this software, especially its seamless integration with OpenAI and Google. After switching from the Customerly, which was too expensive, I realized this software is actually better. Features like hat automatic translation of human messages, chatbot messages, and training sources were amazing. There are many hidden Ai features. I also like the automatic extraction of specific information from the convection and the automatic saving in a note.

I have usen numerous chatbot platforms…

I have usen numerous chatbot platforms in the 25+ years I have been doing support to my customers and this is the first platform that I have used that I absolutely love. If I have any issues, support is quick to help me resole it. I would recommend Support Board to anyone needing a reliable support platform.

The only chat platform installable on our server

Our business area is adult content and we were having a hard time finding a support platform that was allowing us to use it. I'm very happy to have found this software. We installed it in our server instantaneously and all data is on our server too. Currently it is the only professional chatbot that offers this.

We have been with Support Board for…

We have been with Support Board for more than one year and have been exceptionally please with the service they provide. The monthly report is very derailed and provides the information needed to know if our property is secured or we need to take action. The entire application process was simple and easy to do. Again, we are exceptionally pleased with Support Board.

Massive amount of feature

It was a little too much at first access because of the many settings but after a 10-20 minutes I found my ways around the, It is a very powerful software and for such a low price is a big deal.

Just dove into the world of Support…

Just dove into the world of Support Board and wow!
Its been really amazing! Its like it read my thoughts and created the perfect platform for me.
After reaching out for help with a pesky glitch, I was met with a prompt and transparent response. Their dedication to improvement left me in awe, and I can't wait to see more features in the future!
I have no doubt it'll exceed my expectations once the new features roll out. This purchase was a steal and totally worth it!

We purchased Support Board about a year…

We purchased Support Board about a year ago, and happy with it so far. I got some problem with notifications but the support solved it.
Overall, we are happy with the quality of the product and the vast amount of features. The software is also stable and the usage is smooth and elegant.
Frequent and incredible updates are also a great thing.
Thanks @Support Board for developing such a great script!

I tried few apps that allow the…

I tried few apps that allow the creation of Open AI chatbot but they were all lacking basic stuff like human takeover or notifications.
Support Board has all the features I needed and more. The support replies in a few hours most of the times and it solve the issues.
Recommended.

I wanted a software with powerful AI…

I wanted a software with powerful AI chatbot to lower the time spent on providing support to my clients. Support Board excel in this and it increase your productivity when providing support as well via auto complexation and spelling correction, translation and more.
This is a very large software and I love using it.

My experience has been good

My experience has been good. No issues and fast on boarding process. Setting up more complex features like automations and chatbots with buttons etc. took more time but this is ok and expected.

The software works as intended and I will keep using it to reply to my users.

My personal experience was great

My personal experience was great. I received support to my requests in a few minutes and they helped me for free on tasks that was not ever covered by the support (for example a small customization via CSS).

The software is huge and has one of the best price-value ratios I have ever purchased.

Challenging Experience with Support Board and Its Support System

Purchasing the SaaS version of Support Board for $499 was a decision made with high expectations, given the promises of flexibility, functionality, and support. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen short of these expectations, leading me to share my story in hopes of helping others make informed decisions.

Product Functionality:
Upon installation, I encountered significant issues that prevented the software from functioning as anticipated. The primary problem was with account creation – a process that became an endless loop without completion. Despite following the installation instructions meticulously, the problem persisted.

Support and Communication:
Seeking resolution, I reached out to the support team, expecting prompt and helpful assistance. The initial advice revolved around basic troubleshooting steps, which did not resolve the core issues. When further support was requested, it became clear that additional fees would be necessary for any meaningful assistance.

Misunderstanding on Requirements:
A critical point of contention was the server requirements. The product listing specified "dedicated server or VPS" with minimum optimal resources. My existing server setup exceeds these requirements, yet I was informed, only after encountering problems and consulting with the seller, that a separate server dedicated exclusively to Support Board is required – a detail not clearly stated at the point of sale.

Resolution Efforts:
Efforts to resolve these misunderstandings and technical issues directly with the seller have been met with resistance. Proposals made by the seller did not align with the initial investment or expectations set by the product description. This has resulted in a product that is currently unusable for its intended purpose and a significant financial outlay that has yet to yield any return. There is nothing that compares to this experience in my 25 years in the industry.

Final Thoughts:
My experience with Support Board and its team has been deeply frustrating. What was anticipated to be a straightforward integration into my operations has turned into a costly and time-consuming ordeal. Future buyers should be wary and ensure they have absolute clarity on all technical and support-related requirements before proceeding with their purchase.

I hope this review helps others make an informed decision and encourages the seller to improve transparency and customer support, which was borderline rude.

Unfortunately the installation technical and you must know what you are doing to complete it successfully.

We have tried to help you but you refused to try to solve your very first issue, you even refused to check the debug log.

Are are also refusing to accept all of our other options:

You are refusing to use a dedicated server or VPS.
You are refusing to use your current server.
You are refusing to allow us to install the reseller version.
You are refusing our server installation service.

There is nothing we can do in this case sorry.

It's frustrating when you come across a promising plugin with tons of potential, only to find out that the author's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I mean, seriously, they act like they're doing you a favor just by acknowledging your existence. And don't even get me started on their troubleshooting approach—it's like they're just itching to slap you with a bill, even if they can't figure out what the heck is wrong! Like, hello? Last time I checked, it's not my fault your plugin is acting wonky. But according to them, it's always user error, no matter what. Ugh, talk about a headache.
