I was introduced by a friend who gave me one of your terp pens. After ordering some new coils and watching a video on how to clean my pen, I was amazed! I dab as I have severe anxiety and a hernia in my esophagus that gets aggravated and causes me to choke with regular flower. It has been a bit of a pain in the ass to use the a glass set up and torch. Not the most convenient thing when you also have to smoke outside or are on the go. This can go anywhere, discretely. The coils arrived in record time, too. I came back for a mystery box. Also lightening fast service and I am very much looking forward to getting home to it today! Well done in every respect! Technology, ease of use, a great site, wonderful products and fast shipping! You all ROCK! Thanks 100%

I bought this device from a local dispensary in Tampa, Florida. Within less than a few uses, the device clogged to the degree that it was inoperable. I contacted customer service and was told that the device could be cleaned - it could not. I suffered the expense of purchasing two new coils. Unfortunately, both coils have clogged to the degree of being inoperable within less than a few uses. I do not recommend this product to anyone - spend the extra money for a Puffco.

Tera is one of the best vapes available but not very durable, only the support has kept me satisfied

Although I enjoy their products, the quality control on the Tera has been terrible. I've had 5 Tera's fail. One lasted 6 months, all the others failed in 1 to 12 weeks of receiving them. I finally asked for a CFX+ as a replacement.
Support has been excellent. I've had very little difficulty in getting warranty replacments. The sent most of them out quickly.

My vape stopped during warranty, Im trying to get help for 4 months, and they just say wiil be replaced, e than dont answer anymore. Terrible customer care.

I have had reservations about dry herb vaporizers for a long time but the CFC+ went way beyond my expectations. You really get to taste the flavors of your herb and the high is very nice. Definitely recommend this product.

Get your products in the store.
Waiting a week for a coil, or waiting 3 days from the time you print the shipping label, to the time you actually get it to the post office is ridiculous.
