I had a gastric sleeve fitted in August from the moment I arrived in Turkey being picked up at the airport driver the staff hotel staff hospital staff interpreter the doctors nurses absolutely first class really looked after me I was on my own but didn’t feel like I was alone they were always there to help me first class service highly recommended

I had a gastric sleeve with Dr ergin arslan at the economy hospital. A brilliant surgeon who visited me sometimes more than once a day for the 4 days I was there. Staff are all so nice and helpful.the procedure went smoothly. then myway deluxe hotel is amazing. So close to harbour for walks and shops. Great experience from beginning.my Co Ordinator madina even visited me in hospital and has stayed in contact with me since. Highly recommend x

I was a little bit nervous before I arrived to the hospital in Izmir. I met some other lovely ladies on the bus from the airport, and we all got neighbouring rooms at the hospital, which really helped. It was very clean and the rooms were a very good high standard, as I would expect at a private hospital.
The surgeon came to visit me that night and put me at ease. I didn’t feel a language barrier at all, with the exception of a few of the nurses. When this happened we used google translate! It really wasn’t a problem for me. The pre op was thorough and I had asked to be first on the surgeon’s list because of a previous surgery trauma. He agreed and I went straight from my endoscopy into theatre. I only remember waking partially to be moved from my bed to the theatre bed and then I went right back off again and woke in my bed upstairs and it was all over. I took my husband with me and I was glad I did. He was a comfort to me and the other ladies in the group who didn’t bring anyone!
The hospital gave him traditional Turkish meals which he enjoyed. He also had a pull out bed in my room and the staff brought him bedding, but we did bring a pillow from home for his comfort.
He was able to come and go from the hospital as and when, and a couple of times he went out to the local market to pass the time while I was resting.
The surgeon came to visit me every day, which was reassuring. The nurses were all friendly and attentive. During the day it was a little harder to get them but it seemed in the evening there were plenty of nurses about and my needs were met.
All in all it went very well. It was a successful surgery by Dr. Ergin Arslan, and this is who I chose because of the good reviews I had researched. Our last two nights were at a boutique hotel, again a very high standard, and we were able to walk down the street to local shops and potter around the market (taking it slowly!) The flight home was better than I expected and I was just happy to be back in the UK. I’m 2.5 weeks post op now and able to eat tiny amounts but still mostly have shakes, juices and soups. My liaison Medina; who I spoke with via WhatsApp continued to speak with me daily and even came to visit me in hospital twice! She was really lovely from the very beginning, and professional and this helped keep me confident and calm to make the decision in my own time. We still continue to stay in touch.
I would recommend this hospital and surgeon to anyone wanting the gastric sleeve.

Had a gastric sleeve in October and please with the level of service received. Literally can’t fault the place! Surgeon and nurses were amazing and done everything they can to assist you.

Excellent service from start to finish, My coordinator Godsum was exceptional made me feel very relaxed and made the process very smooth,always on hand for any questions or queries. The dentists were amazing very professional and quite the perfectionists. All in all great experience, would highly recommend.

I went over for a gastric sleeve. I was incredibly nervous as I was travelling on my own. Yunus made me feel at ease, he kept in contact through the entire process. Including making sure I had found the private transfers. The hospital itself was lovely and clean, the staff couldn’t do more for you, and even after the procedure Yunus has kept in contact with me every few days to see how I am, check how much I’ve lost and make sure I’m ok.

Hi Madina my review for the surgeon:I think is he is brilliant and pleased to say I really appreciate all that he has done for me. I will definitely be referring friends to him as he was excellent. Hospital stay was amazing and was like a real holiday home. Hotel was great. And I have to say my personal experience was top of the range and just want to say thank you to all of you and the staff. Dr Ismail Yarman thank you for all that you did for me.

After much research and deliberation I booked through BNC health care for an elective surgery package abroad. Every detail was gone over and taken care of, no question was too much, my amazing coordinator was on hand day and night to answer anything I had to ask about and if he didn’t know he promptly went away and found out for me. He is actually still on hand today, contacting me to find out how I am and still answer anything I might have to ask, I am two weeks post op and been home a week! All in all amazing service and I actually can’t recommend them highly enough.

I had gastric sleeve surgery with Dr Mehmet Deniz and I was very well looked after by Madina from my initial enquiry right through to my post surgery.
She is so attentive and friendly, she even visited me after I had been operated on.
Dr Mehmet Deniz is a fantastic surgeon and so friendly, he visit me everyday during my stay.

My overall experience was good...there were a few issues.. but nothing that would change my mind not to have the surgery
But I have to give huge praise and a big thank you to my coordinator YUNUS EMRE he was amazing and so helpful...he really set my mind at ease ...nothing was to much trouble for him

Having researched 12 different companies and packages in Turkey for my gastric sleeve surgery I finally found BNC Healthcare by far the best of all I researched and contacted. I spent several days constantly in touch with my coordinator MADINA, who from the very outset was so sweet, very informative, provided me with all the details I requested regarding my surgeon, and over and above this she sent me so much info I didn't even ask for, including his CV! Madina was available to answer all my queries straight away and her English is absolutely amazing. Having all my information I needed and a great package offered to suit my individual needs, I was very quick to make my decision that I was happy to book with BNC Healthcare, for the economy package as I wanted my surgery done by Dr Ergin Arslan. Having paid my deposit I was desperate to get my surgery done ASAP and with the great help of Madina I arrived in Izmir alone 10 days after booking for my surgery the next day! It was all arranged very quickly but absolutely nothing was sacrificed with the quick booking.

My surgeon Dr Arslan was such a lovely, caring person who enjoyed a great sense of humour! He visited every day, sometimes more than once and was always reassuring and very caring. This guy has changed my life!!
Experience was excellent (although I did underestimate how much pain I would be in) and for this reason my only regret was not taking a companion with me. This was included in the original package and I do wish I had taken someone with me.
Having met some lovely people during my stay who were also having the same surgery, they were in awe that I even had 2 visits from my coordinator Madina during my 5 days in hospital. Although she passes you over to another coordinator after booking, I can honestly say that Madina was my guardian angel during my whole journey and even on my return had continued to text to get updates and remind me that she is available for anything even now I am post op. She will always hold a place in my heart ♥️

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I felt that no matter what time of day I reached out to get an answer from my coordinator she was quick to respond. I am pleased with the treatment and care I received. They provide English speaking translators to take you through the whole process. The transfers between the airport and hospital were very comfortable.

This day last week i flew to gozde hospital in izmir, to have the gastric sleeve, I flew alone and I was a little nervous but my medical consultant was just AMAZING his name was ceyhun and he done everything in his power day and night to help me in anyway he could. I prayed that my surgeon would be as nice and caring as him. To which he was I went for my surgery last Wednesday 18/5/22 and my surgeon was Dr arslan he was just unreal. He came into me multiple times daily after my surgery to check on me. The whole team was brilliant, anything you wanted or needed they were all there. The hospital is spotless clean. If your thinking of doing it, do your research and if you decide to go anywhere I cannot recommend gozde International hospital in izmir enough. Even 1 week post opp, I'm home and I still can text ceyhun day and night about anything and if he's unsure he asks the surgeon, if I could give more then 5 stars I would. Thank you so so much to ceyhun, Dr arslan and the whole team, the cleaners and everything were just so so lovely nothing was too much trouble. Also if u travel alone lile I did, you will meet the most amazing bunch of girls who are all in the same position as you, some may have a companion others don't. But the bunch of girls I met, I now would class as friends for life. I was blessed. Amd 1 more thing, when your coming home if your flying keep the medication the hospital give you in your HAND LUGGAGE I had mine in my case and my case is missing, all thanks to lufthansa. X
