My experience with BMWpartsdeal.com was extremely disappointing and frustrating. After placing an order for nearly $700 worth of parts, I received an email confirming the shipment. Weeks went by with no tracking updates or movement, so I contacted their customer service.

I was told the package had been handed off to the shipping department—even though the tracking only showed a label created and never scanned. Instead of quickly resolving the issue or sending a replacement, they insisted on setting up an RMA process, which required another 7 business days for “investigation.” This dragged out the process even longer, only to end with no resolution and ultimately just a refund.

No explanation was given as to why a replacement order couldn’t be sent, and I was left with nothing but wasted time. A full month was lost waiting on parts that never arrived. In the end, it felt like I had essentially given the company a free loan on my $700.

This was a messy, poorly handled situation, and I cannot recommend BMWpartsdeal.com based on my experience.

Excellent company. The part was just what I needed for a replacement. It came quickly.

All parts matched.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and get your parts from a legitimate business. I order two door handles from this supplier. One of them didn’t belong to my car model I have and they both came gray but the website showed they were black. I had to paint them over because of their mistake and I had a missing sensor. Worst purchase I ever made. These guys don’t advertise what they are sending you and give you missing parts or parts that don’t belong to your model car. Customer service was no help because they couldn’t do anything since I painted their mistake over. They can’t do anything to modifications not even a partial refund because I’m missing a sensor. They want to be jerks and play by the book but not take accountability for something they messed up on. I paid full price for some bs. Save your money and go elsewhere. If they would go ahead and give me a partial refund I will remove this negative review.

The sub-assembly diagram was very helpful in selecting the correct part and fasteners.

Was able to find an origin part that since been superseded. Huge difference in cost being able to get the genuine original BMW part versus the superseded part.

The parts breakdown on the website were excellent and easy to follow. The order was shipped promptly and came undamaged. The part was not an exact match for as the old one but it worked fine and I was able to do the repair.
