VILE SCAMMERS
These vermin scammed my wife out of £49.99. She purchased an IQ test for £1.95 and three days later, they scam you because you didn't cancel something you didn't sign up for. Lloyds Bank should make a note of these sort of companies and ask people if it is a genuine transaction.
