Darren and the BMI team have just helped me secure a mortgage and buy a flat. I thought my circumstances were a lot more complicated than usual and getting a mortgage would be a challenge, but they helped me through the process and made the complicated seemed simple. I ended up with a 5-year fixed-rate mortgage at a much better rate that I would have thought possible. From start to finish they've been excellent. I would definitely recommend.
