These people do not respond to email and do not provide a phone number. Then they do not provide the product you ordered.....I think that is called a scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I have contacted the customer support on the website via the only method given....email. I received an email from Google saying the recipient is refusing the email.

Will not deliver a product as promised. Extremely unprofessional. The worst company I ever dealt with. Never use their services.

Received my bag other day. Personalized dog bag. Bit smaller than I thought but it is a handbag after all. Love love love it..... Have even ordered the tote bag with grandchildren on it. Can't wait. Delivery was quicker than I thought.

Easy to order, and decent shipping time, great quality.

I love my new purse that matches my wallet. I would only change one thing, I wish you could remove the handles you don't use. It would be nice is they snapped or clipped on and off. Other than that I LOVE IT!!!

I can’t believe how many compliments I get on the hand bag I purchased from BMGifts. Everywhere I go I get asked where it came from and how they can get one. The only negative thing I have to say is it took a while to receive my order. However, it was well worth the wait.

I saw their product on Facebook. It really caught my attention. I ordered their zipper tote bag with the personal monogram of my cats. Love it. I have now ordered their leather tote bag with the same features. I can’t wait to receive it in the mail. Very happy with my first tote bag.

When placing my order it somehow was split onto 2. I called customer service to ask why I hadn’t received all of my order and they quickly responded with an answer and resent out the second part of my order. Some how part of my order went back to the warehouse.

I recently designed and bought my purse from this sight with my dog's info on it. She is up in years and it was so awesome I had this chance. When I received it which was quicker than I thought it would be it was greater than I imagined..every time I go somewhere I get at least one compliment one it and I always tell them where I got it! I absolutely am in love with it and the company!!!

Absolutely pleased with the purse I got for my daughter. With the images of our cats and their names on it and also her name on it. I'm sure she'll love it. I have ordered a tote bag for myself with our cats and dog. Would recommend 100%
