it is a worst company for IPR, and most of the reviews are fake, and written by the company. So do not get fooled by them, they will chase you for money like anything and will spam you in all possible ways.

Startupwala sales team is good. Once payment is done, they never reply, respond for actual work. Service/support staff are worst. AMC also they never bother about customer after payment is done. Suggest keep away from startupwala.

Got my OPC incorporated with Startupwala, Found their service and support to be great. Their response to all my queries & requests regarding the documentation was very apt and rapid. They have a very professional team.

My thanks to Startupwala Team. Its so convenient, efficient, cost effective, transparent and professional.
Earlier it was so tedious to get it done through local agents (most of them uneducated and unprofessional).
Most of all there was no clarity on their process.
So thanks to all you have made things efficient and extremely easy going...and your followups are excellent.

Startupwala team was doing fantastic job for startup companies. their followup was tremendous .. most satisfied with their service.. best of luck :-)

1) Very negligent and lethargic team leads
2) They pick your calls 2/10 times. In case they pick our call, they say we will call back in half an hour and never call back. You keep trying.
3) Their reminder system sucks. They send false reminders.
4) Their team is never on same page. One person says your job is done and the other says its still pending. One person says the problem is on MCA side, the other says the problem is in your laptop.
5) Their system sends wrong notifications. They send an email to submit your DSCs urgently when we pick our DSCs. The expected notification is to receive an email saying DSCs has been handed over to you.
6) Please verify the forms they are filing on your behalf. They did incorrect data entry for our FORM 8. Not once, but multiple times.
7) They did incorrect KYC for one of our directors. Worst is they put blame on you. For us, they told your PAN card had wrong name, which is not true. We showed them the PAN card too.
8) There was some problem on MCA end while submitting the form 8 and things were getting delayed. They again put blame on us saying that the problem is in our laptop. Other team member says the problem is at MCA end.
9) Once that MCA problem was resolved, they had no one to work during diwali vacation. And they asked us to pay the fine because of that vacation delay. Can you believe this? Why should we pay for their diwali holidays and the delays caused by their lethargic actions?
10) They asked us to get auditor's sign and submit DSCs in next 23 minutes which obviously we could not. Then head is saying "had you submitted DSCs in those 23 minutes, we could have filed your form 8". No wonders the team working under him is lethargic and irresponsible.
Please go ahead if you want to buy a headache for yourself.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the services of startup Wala. Not only the costing is impressive, but also their services are swift. I never thought incorporating a company can be made this easy. I would definitely recommend startup wala to startups that are looking for awesome company services.

Service was good. Guys are helpful.
But only thing that upset me was price. I have paid for service 15000 INR for pvt ltd registration and within one month they reduce price to 7500 INR.
Sudden drop of price was uncomfortable otherwise service was good.

Feeling cheated and defrauded by this so-called company. I made the payment for DIR 3 KYC a month ago and submitted all the documents they asked for including my DSC. Once the payment was made, they conveniently stopped taking my calls and replying to my emails. A person named Himanshu Gope was assigned for my task but every time I tried to reach him, he would disconnect my call and send a text saying he'd call back but never did. On the last day of filing, he picked my call and started asking for documents all over again. It was like he was clueless about who I was. Obviously, my filing wasn't done and I have to pay a penalty now although I had submitted all the documents well ahead of time and tried reaching them a million times via emails, calls and SMS.

Now, I know they're going to say that they couldn't file because the MCA portal wasn't working the last few days. But I wonder what they were doing the rest of the days despite having received the payment and the documents. Even if they tried their best and still couldn't file, picking up the client's call and informing is the least civil thing they could've done. Instead, Himanshu Gope has chosen to insult me by disconnecting calls over and over again and ignoring my mails. I learnt that many others have had similar experience with Startupwala.

Now, DSCs of my partner and mine are stuck with them, and this person named Himanshu has still not replied. I had couriered my documents and DSC token addressed to him, just as he had asked. Seeing how incompetent they've proven themselves to be, I'm assured that they'll not send my DSC on time, if they send at all, and I'll be forced to pay penalty again since I won't be able to file my GSTR without Dsc.

Great job there, Startupwala. It's a shame that you're taking advantage of SME owners and making quick bucks. This is the second time I'm having a horrible experience with you. The first time is another story, but then, work got done. So I gave you another chance seeing that you were charging reasonably. But you proved that nothing of good quality comes cheap.

You guys are absolute fraudsters who disregard, humiliate and trouble clients. Obviously never coming to you guys again, and would definitely warn others too.
