The styling is great, but being a garment expert, I can say that the quality of the fabric is Walmart level. I ordered pants. The labels don't reveal where it's made, which is against best practices for sweat shop policies. The garment was covered in loose threads and severely wrinkled. The retail value is less than $100. This is a company that is selling design without the inherent quality that justifies the price.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Black Paris and will not be purchasing from them again.
I ordered two hoodies (size 2XL) along with a Harry Potter book/notepad set. The first issue was sizing — although the hoodie was labelled 2XL, it was absolutely massive, closer to a 4XL. Completely unwearable. Their sizing is clearly inaccurate and misleading.
Before the second hoodie was dispatched, I contacted them to explain the sizing issue and asked if they could adjust the size on the remaining order. Despite this, they went ahead and sent it anyway without making any changes.
On top of that, the Harry Potter set was faulty — the pens included do not work at all, making part of the product useless.
I then contacted them again to resolve everything, explaining:
The sizing issue (items not wearable)
The defective product
The fact it would cost me £69 to return everything
Their response? They offered me a 20% discount.
This is completely unacceptable. I received incorrect sizing, faulty goods, and instead of taking responsibility, they expected me to absorb a very high return cost and settle for a partial discount.
Customer service has been poor throughout — slow, unhelpful, and unwilling to properly resolve the issue.
Overall, a very frustrating experience. Poor quality control, inaccurate sizing, and disappointing customer service. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

Sizing is way off. 2XL fits extremely oversized (closer to big & tall sizing).

Had to pay for international return shipping, and despite confirmed receipt, no refund after 2 weeks.

Easy browsing and online purchasing with quick shipping. The hoodies are great quality and super warm and soft. Love the deep hoods, perfect for the chilly Northern Canadian winters.

On December 18th I purchased 2 Batman items for my boyfriend that said 'almost gone'- a tee amd a hoodie, both very expensive on the BLVCK Paris website through the Shop app. Only one item, the tee was delivered successfully. I immediately sent an email to Customer service and they concocted a story that it was a February pre order. It was not. I just emailed again to find out an ETA on the package and I as told two more weeks and that they are not sure when the hoodie will deliver. This is an expensive item that should have been delivered by Christmas and now, 13 weeks later is still not shipped. Buyer Beware! This organization is misrepresenting items as in stock and will not produce the item purchased. We have waited so long and my boyfriend is a Batman collector and it is a shame this website has ZERO integrity. 'Yeah yeah, another two weeks' is not customer service! Deliberately deceptive and misleading.

I purchased a Batman x BLVCK hoodie. The hoodie is excellent quality as you’d hope for considering the price. Hoodie came quickly and was packaged nicely.

Always love Blvck clothing.. Make sure you pay attention to the sizing charts.. Clothes are beautiful and fantastic quality. Worth the price. Been a customer for a few years now. Have never been disappointed in a purchase.

Ok s9 I have been looking for the high pile sherpa from RL for months when I came across an ad for Blxk and their sherpa hoodie it looked like it was good quality so I gave it a shot well it turned out to be far better than 8 had hoped this thing is so soft and thick by far nicer than the one I was hunting for and about half the price its still not cheap but when I say it a deal its a deal it is just as soft on inside as the outside and it looks and feels great I am extremely happy I bought it but now I need to buy another because between my son and my wife I barely get to wear it and I noticed a half cashmere hoodie they make and I have to try it sounds amazing but bottom line its high end quality for a good price its like that one expensive pair of jeans that just make you feel different when you wear them

Everything so awesome. And I like the waves. They respond to you quick for your items as you’re returning them or acepten him the majority of the time they never mistake their items and I will definitely something for be quiet of time until they can prove me otherwise.

Love Blvck Paris, the postage is very expensive, so I do wait until I can get a discount code to make it worth it.
The hoody is great quality - the Batman logo is pretty kool, not too in your face, but it stands out.

I initially had an issue with The sizing of my jacket however the customer service team quickly resolved this small issue!!! the actual quality longevity of my jacket makes this product so much more worth it!!!
