Legit only place to buy an Eshifter without getting scammed. Lost my money buying through Facebook group once. Safe and fast.

I did finally establish contact and after a lengthy process I also received the parts. Packaging/logistics is a point of improvement. Have added two stars to the review. May revise further when I have installed the parts.

I ordered a product (replacement VanMoof kickstand), but didn't receive it until almost two months later! Information was only provided upon request, and was mostly evasive. Cancellation requests were later ignored. A poorly manufactured product arrived with poor packaging. Sharp edges, protruding screws, not a high-quality product. I would have damaged my bike during installation. So, it wasn't suitable. I had to pay for the return to Hungary myself (approx. €15). The customer service was neither sympathetic nor forthcoming. Truly awful. I advise against buying online!
Product was not as described, and I don't receive a proper invoice and don't get any reply on my follow-up emails.

The pictures on the website show a spacer where the handlebars + cables do not have to be disconnected.
Regarding sending the product back for a refund. Please provide me with a shipping label, and I'll gladly return.

My Vanmoof S3 suffered Error 44 which usually means a defective e-shifter and I found Blurby still sell these despite Vanmoof having gone bust. The item arrived after 18 days from Taiwan and appeared completely new and of very high quality. I fitted it today only a couple of hours after delivery and it’s working perfectly! So happy my bike is working again. Good instructions also on their website. Lucky to have a company that still sells these.
I placed an order on December 2, and have had no news since. I've contacted customer service several times, with no response. Can you get back to me regarding my order????
In May, I took my pedelec battery to Blurby's Budapest electric bicycle repair shop. The battery was working, but it was weak, the technician suggested replacing some cells. This was done, but the battery no longer charged. After that they tried to repair it but failed, admitted the faulty repair, but finally they wanted to send me away saying 'failed to repair, sorry'. Finally I consulted the CEO who said that the battery was faulty to begin with, the whole battery would have to be replaced at extra cost to me (so he denied the faulty repair). I involved the conciliation board (free independent legal mediator) in resolving the situation. No one from Blurby came to the meeting,which I think reflects badly on the company's customer care. Finally I want my batteries back in September, but they have not answered for 3 weeks, the service is closed, the main phone does not ring. Supposedly they are moving, but the lack of communication and lack of customer service could be some major problem. However, the current situation further confirms the fears of those who want to buy an unknown product for thousands of euros from a manufacturer with no physical shop.
[update 10.15] The CEO offered to compensate with a new battery. It is supposed to have been ordered, but it refuses to arrive, which significantly undermines his credibility.The problem has still not been resolved, I have been waiting about half a year for a solution.
I ordered a e-shifter for my Van Moof S3. Wrote an email before the order to ask for delivery time, I've been promised to get my order 3 days later.
3 days later, my order wasn't even sent. When I wrote again, they finally sent it but 15 days later I still don't have anything. My chances are now on my PayPal claim. Don't order there, they are not serious.
[update 21/09]: I received an e-shifter today. I'm adding another star, passing to three and eventually will go to 4 if everything works well at installation. The reason why it's not a 5 star is the experience itself.
Yes the delivery company is faulty but having now a look on the package itself, for sure you're going to have delivery issues. It is artisanal without a proper box!
Second is that yes Blurby sent me a second one, but you have to have in mind that there is an ongoing PayPal dispute which most probably helps for this. And the item have been sent on the 18th only after I sent an email on the 16th saying that enough is enough.
The weird thing is that I would probably not have redacted this trustpilot feedback if I received any confirmation of the second update. But for the first as for the second, I never received an email with the tracking number without asking for it.
Young company, probably issues related to this and that's ok but you have to do better dear Blurby team for this price.

Fast delivery and great service following up when the first delivery was not completed (as I was away from home). Definitely will come back in future.
I ordered a brand new eshifter for my S3. The payment for the order went extremely well (no wonder) but the lack of information about the expected shipping date is really annoying.
Similar to other comments I tried to contact them by phone but it goes straight to voicemail. Now I sent an email and I’m waiting for some (good) news. 🤞🏻
So far I can’t say anything really bad about the business but I am clearly worried that I did not hear back from them yet. I ll make sure to update my post in more positive way as soon as I receive the goods as advertised on their website.

I received the rear luggage carrier for the Van Moof S5 within 2 weeks and it is fine, except that the screws but not the nuts were supplied. No problem, has been solved. The front carrier (Front Basket) was also received but unfortunately it does not fit the Van Moof S5. It is as if it is bent. The package arrived rather battered. I have tried several times to contact Blurby Bike's info mail address but unfortunately receive no response. I would like to return the product and receive my money (EUR 96) back for this worthless product. I asked my questions in Dutch but now see that this is a Hungarian company. Did you not understand my questions? Please tell me where I can send the product back to and receive my money back.
