Postal delivery wasn’t great
Postal delivery wasn’t great, delivered to wrong address,signed for, then not delivered to our home till the next morning due to a neighbors honesty. I rang your company to lodge a missing parcel complaint by message on phone and nobody returned my call! Fortunately received umbrella that afternoon and am very happy with it, but would have thought I would have received a phone callback regarding my message

Happy with the purchase
