Quick and easy ordering and delivery - Packaged amazingly in a box with thoughtful design; even with the design of the plastic side protectors reusable as a phone holder - Great attending to details with awesome ethics. Umbrella is great too - light but sturdy even with these awful gusts we have been experiencing lately.

Excellent product
Excellent product, excellent service. Bought the UV umbrella for a trip overseas, the products arrived quickly and well packaged.
Got to test out the umbrella in Singapore first, worked extremely well in both the sun and torrential downpours.
Can't recommend Blunt umbrellas enough.

Quick respond and quick dispatch of order
I was looking for a UV umbrella to send to Vietnam for mom. The colour I was looking for was purple and it was out of stock. I emailed Blunt to ask when purple will be back in stock, the customer service team responded very quickly even though there was a notice said there was a delay in response. I go ahead and buy a yellow UV umbrella instead. Again, there was a notice that said there was a backlog and dispatch time might be slow. But I receive my order as quickly as a normal order. Very happy. The colour of the product is slightly dull. I was hoping for a more bright yellow like a normal Blunt that I had. I guess maybe the UV liner changed how the yellow colour looks a bit. Still, very happy.

Excellent experience excellent umbrella
Excellent experience from start to delivery. Website easy to navigate with excellent information, colours are true to product, delivery amazing with full details provided throughout. Standard product packaging ensured it arrived in perfect condition. Quality of umbrella is excellent, well made, sturdy, quality fabric, smooth mechanics for opening and closing. Very pleased and happy to recommend.

I love Blunt umbrellas as they are so…
I love Blunt umbrellas as they are so sturdy even in a storm. But the Blunt executive umbrellas are very heavy to carry. The Blunt umbrellas with a hook handle that was sold earlier was strong and a breeze to carry. Why have you'll discontinued them?
