Bad experience

Having read the reviews for this company which I should have done before ordering I completely concur with the reviewers. I too ordered the reviva cream only to be sent WoodSleep. Delivery took an age which should have rung some bells. I was under the impression it is a UK company. Do not touch this company with a barge pole - total scammers. Refunded me £2.98. Didn't even cover the postage.

Cheep Chinese rubbish

Ordered Reviva Magnesium Lotion on 9th July as it was advertised as helpful for Neuropathy. Charged the same day but it took until 18th to receive NOT Reviva Lotion but WoodSleep cream. 2 very small jars and not what I ordered. Woodsleep is made in China and how do I know it is safe to use? I don't. recognise some of the ingredients. Definitely overpriced.

I purchased two jars of supposedly…

I purchased two jars of supposedly Blunttique Magnesium Cream thinking it would be a quality Swiss product as it was so expensive ., Buy one ..get one free.. Just under au $70.... Slow delivery and eventually received via Dingley, Australia two jars of 'Wood Sleep' Magnesium Cream' made in China and available from Temu and Ali Express for under $6 a jar. I contacted Blunttique and they told me it is exactly the same product and as a sign of goodwill they would refund 10% to my PayPal Account. I'd bought the stuff so I used it., and to be honest it seems pretty good.. but I won't be buying it via Bluntiqque anymore., I suppose they get free postage from China to Australia and peddle it from here.

BUYER BEWARE!

I received a Glowi by Blunttique that shocked my hand when I used it on "EMS tightening". I emailed customer support who responded by wanting me to take a video. That is impossible. So, I called their support number and had to leave a message. I asked for instructions on how to return Glowi under the " 90 day money back guarantee" and "easy return" policies. After a week of no response, I emailed them with the same request. I received a response that returns were not accepted after 30 days. This company has false advertising and poor customer service. Unfortunately, I could not find a place to file a complaint against the company. I guess Switzerland does not have the equivalent of our Better Business Bureau.

My device is defective

My device is defective! I asked for return label and customer support told me to mail it at my cost to Switzerland. The oils are nonrefundable at $33. I was really looking forward to trying Glowi 😪 This device is not even a month old, no response from the support team! So disappointed 😞 One more thing, the support told me to keep the defective device and they'll refund 20%. I'm 65 on a fixed income, totally not happy with the customer service.

Read before you buy

After making my order I saw negative reviews about the website and also saw that the company is located in Switzerland so of course if you live in the US it would be too expensive to make a return if there's an issue with your order. I then looked at the website's return policy and saw that you can request a cancellation if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Given that this was just a few houes after I placed an order I emailed them to request a cancellation. Just ten minutes after sending the email the company emails me a "shipping notification" with another email from customer service saying it was too late to cancel. I received it and the charger included doesn't even fit in the device. All the positice reviews are most likely fake
